The way I look at it: 1. If we trade for Baker …. Baker starts all season (unless injured), Corral does not play, Draft position 10-14 (which means no top QB for us) and we don’t know if Corral can play 2. No trade …. Darnold starts (does good), Corral doesn’t play, Draft about the same as Baker, but we still dont know if Corral can play. 3. No trade … Darnold starts and shits the bed again, Corral plays at least half the season, Draft 4-8, we know what we have in Corral so we know if we need one of the top QBs or can we trade down from there. But all of this means …. Baker and Darnold, no matter if they do good or bad, no one will trust them with a big contract so they will be gone …. As of right now the 2023 QB room is Corral and PJ. We need Corral to play, good or bad. If Corral does not play, we enter 2023 in QB hell for another year.

Carson Strong Is my pick from the draft picks …. Without Drafting a QB, I say roll with Darnold

OL only needs a stud LT

I have started to learn Rhule’s and Fitter’s player type ….. just wait

There is no one worth trading for. So I say suck with Darnold for another year and get a quality QB next year

Deshon Elliot or Jayron Kearse Is my guess

Tank with Darnold ….. this draft class is not worth a first round pick

As I have said in other threads …. Armstead is to old for Rhule to sign him …. Take a break from the Watson threads and look at the players Rhule has signed. Don’t say Gilmore … he was a trade, and you see Rhule didn’t resign him

Strong has been my pick from day 1 ….. I think he will be gone by the end of the 3rd …. So we will need to trade for him. Third round is for players that might need a year before playing … and that screams Strong

I am a huge Strong fan, after reading about him. I would take him in the 2nd, those of you talking about he can not run …. Did Brady run? Did Roethlisberger run? Not every QB needs to run …. Look at his accuracy, I take accuracy anytime over running. but if you ask me ….. NO QB THIS YEAR …. Give me OL

Finally I get to return to Canton. I was there for the Hall of Fame game the first season. now I get to welcome our first HOF member to immortality …. Our first and best player to ever wear a panther uniform

If the OL men are over 30, you can forget it. I have noticed Rhule likes his linemen on the young side
