    Mr. Tepper is being portrayed badly and unfairly. The Jacksonville fan was in serious trouble of being dehydrated and David was only providing the fan with much-needed liquid aid relief. Dave as what his fans refer to him, left immediately after to get help. Tepper is a hero to all NFL fans.
