  1. Agreed and a healthy Star with Hardy in 2014 may get us past the Seahawks and to the SB too honestly
  2. FWIW we are winless on the road (only team in the NFL). I don't see us winning any of these 3 road games to close out the season either.
  3. Picking 6 right now. Bears, Rams, Steelers, Broncos all ahead of us but would drop below us with 1 more win than us the rest of the year. Texans aren't dropping out of 1st overall. Rams and Broncos really have zero incentive to lose games as they traded away their picks so despite how bad they've been I still think they can 1 or 2 more down the stretch. Steelers suck but they have some winnable games on there, including our game. Bears have Packers and Lions but don't see any other winnable games on their schedule. Of course if we win more meaningless games we'll drop, but if we don't win any more games I see us still picking top 2-3.
  4. Went dirt biking and shot some sporting clays all day, just tuning in now… what’d I miss? Also first time I’ve intentionally skipped watching the Panthers on Sunday, thanks Tepper. But it was much more enjoyable than watching this crappy team ruin the tank when the season is already lost.
  5. Well at least he has proven himself as a college coach
  6. We should interview him. But we shouldn’t focus or hone in on him.
  7. Not really as simple as this. The Falcons had one of the luckiest paths to the SB I've ever seen; got a bye with just 11 wins, had easy opponents. Also, Shanahan was really the reason for their success, their D was only good because of an insane number of takeaways which wasn't sustainable. Quinn is not SB winning HC material. Wilks isn't either in my opinion but I actually would like him more than Quinn if we had to pick between the 2. Agree though I don't want either. Grab the Eagles OC, Harbaugh or Payton.
  8. Which in turn does lead to good things for the Panthers. This is an important game for us to lose, along with the Steelers game. Lions should beat us.
  9. No chance this dude is literally worse than Sam and Baker
  10. we could bring him back easily
  11. fug it just roll with Eason I never want to see Baker or Sam play for us again. Eason should guarantee the tank train rolls on for the next 6 games.
  12. Mahomes’ peak is already the best in NFL history among QBs, I truly believe that. We’ll see about his longevity but this dude is just absurd. He has no wide receivers and still dominates.
  13. Please let us never see Baker at QB for this team again. No reason to play him and a ton of reason not to (pick going to Browns based on snaps played).
  14. These refs are fuging beyond incompetent. Blow it dead and then change their mind without the Ravens needing to challenge? And on that earlier non-challenge they should not have given the Ravens' their challenge back. That's Harbaugh's fault for not knowing what you can and can't challenge. fuging stupid
  15. and they've scored 3 points, lol. Mac Jones sucks
  16. That is a trash call, clearly should’ve been roughing
  17. Man, Miles is gonna wind up playing somewhere and probably doing very well. It'd be a mistake competitively to just let him go. If we can try to trade him for something great but you can't just get rid of him for nothing. Too big of a setback on the court when we have the ability to keep him. Especially when we'll likely be able to keep him at least for a few years at a HUGE discount compared to what his play on the court deserves.
  18. There have been plenty of national people commenting on how bad of shape this team has been in since Tepper bought it.
  19. Gotta commit to the tank this year. Sit LaMelo out for a few months to let that ankle get back to full strength. Trade Rozier/Hayward and give the young guys minutes. Sign Miles now so his suspension happens this season not next year. LaMelo, Bridges, Victor W is a great core and we have a bunch of other promising/exciting young players to build around them and would have a ton of cap space.
  20. I mean, it's one draft... We could easily pass up a QB who winds up being a hall of famer because we don't like this class and take a DT or DE or LB who winds up not even being an impact player. We didn't win it all with Pep, so this really doesn't mean a damn thing. We're at the point where we need to keep drafting QBs high in the draft until we hit on one and find our franchise guy.
  21. I've been following Koochie's career in Russia for a while, pretty much since we drafted him. He's been great for us so far but I do think he needs more time fine tuning his technique and angles before we can really rely on him as our starter for a playoff run. He filled in admirably for a game in last year's playoffs against Boston but then really struggled vs NYR. He's pretty young for an NHL starting goalie as it is and still new to the North American game which has differences from playing in Russia, more time getting settled here either as an NHL backup or AHL starter I think makes the most sense. However with Freddie out I'm 100% cool with a trial by fire here and hopefully he just continues this strong play, but I want to see a sample size of at least a dozen or two dozen starts with solid play before I'd declare him our #1. I absolutely think he can and will get there, I'm just not sure this season is the time quite yet. We will see how he does in the coming weeks/months if Freddie remains out though. Hopefully Rod keeps giving him ~50% of the games, splitting with Raanta.
  22. He needs to win 6 of the next 7 to even have a chance in my opinion. That ain't happening...
  23. 72 Dolphins gonna be celebrating tonight?
