You think they feared PJ Walker? It's not anyone's fault except the guy that's playing the position at Center. He was replaced with someone better thus we did better. Even the OLD stats back that up. Your obsession with Darnald is a bit worrying.

Biggest difference is Center. That number has been in the red for quite some time. Also MJ still sucks.

Like I said Sam had nothing to do with the inept run game and that falls squarely on the line. Stop blaming one person for multiple problems. Just be happy there was a solution found.

Darnald is a broken QB. His problems are enumerable but he didn't cause the Center to let lose his man almost every play. That's on Paradis. PJ had actual time in the pocket yesterday and that's not been the norm. Not to mention we punched holes in the Run game and that has zero to do with Darnald.

At this point unless injury dictates it he's probably not going to play with the abundance of caution. Now Cam Eving on the other hand could come back and that would actually probably help more.

Lost in the mix was how well they performed. Having PJ and Cam back there was really great but the line protected them with the same guys different places.

I don't think it really matters. I know people want to restore him back to old but that's not really needed. We just need him to protect the ball and let the defense be nasty. If he can give us 3 TDs a game we can win most games. Being a leader isn't needed but it's something you can do without a patch too.

Once Cam is back he brings way more to the table. Like the int yesterday on PJ. Cam has seen almost any coverage a DC can bring so he's not going to get intercepted like that.

We are a cusp team but that's definitely alright with me year two. We got to win some rough games though. I think our defense is up to the task though.

I doubt we see Cam get 100% of the snaps this game either. Rivera is going to have to deal with RB by committee but he definitely will have a plan to stop CMC for sure. I doubt he's successful though. The WFT is quite bad.
