    That’s textbook every team in the NFL. Why else would any team reduce the current year’s cap other than to sign or trade for a player?

    Do you think the cap space required for a top RT just disappears if we don’t extend Moton? You have to pay the RT either way. I’m satisfied with the money going to Moton vs some random or a dice roll with a draft pick.

    Who is hyping Demani? I think it’s more a situation where some think a relatively unknown player may contribute in a depth role.

    Then teams would be paying for a 1/2 year rental, knowing that Hendrickson, by that point, would be willing to play it out to free agency and see what the market would pay him. I don’t think the Bengals would risk plummeting his price by waiting. With them putting the trade info out there, they’re ready to make a move.

    What the Bengals want is ~1/3 of the equation, and that is shrinking by the day. What Hendrickson and the team they would trade him to wants is quickly acquiring leverage.

    Exactly what I was thinking, and if we’re down to our backup QBs, tanking probably will be the reality anyway.

    Everyone focused on Stover’s block on DB, and it was a good block, but did y’all see how quickly DB beat the center? Man, we missed that guy last year.

    Similar to the Diontae Johnson situation, we’re better off without the locker room havoc having him would create. Now, I do wish we had found a way to draft Lampkins as IOL depth.

    I didn’t view him as the top 10 pick everyone else did. Watch Derrick Brown or Jalen Carter’s college highlights. Those are top 10 worthy interior DLmen. Graham isn’t that imo

    I don’t think there are more than 4 QBs who could have had a successful season with our weapons last year. A slowing but reliable vet in Theilen, a locker room cancer for a few games in Johnson, two rookies with potential, and a rookie at TE too.

    Where are you expecting to ‘see’ him hit the jugs, and if you don’t see it, does it mean it didn’t happen? There were reports that he worked on the jugs machine a lot this offseason.
