Basically. I don’t know if it’s good for his development, but I’m ready for him to just say fug it and throw it to the covered receivers so everybody can see. Go to second read max and just throw it who gives a fug, nobody around him does.

We give up on it too easily but also doesn’t help when we get like 1yd or even -5 sometimes on first or second down trying to run. Forever 3rd and long.

The story of this offense. Get something going, then receivers can’t get open and force a throw away, then the OL loses yards, now drive is fuged.

This is what people need to remember when they complain about throw aways and holding the ball too long. If he just fired off to his reads this is what we’d be saying all the time. Everybody is covered and the secondaries are sitting on everything. There is no fear of the run game, no fear of yac, and no fear that any of our receivers will get behind the d.

Remember when we had the Bears on their 1 and they were able to easily run the ball out and create some room. This is the difference between competent OL’s and completely incompetent.

At the half they gave the pressure numbers and they had Bryce pressured on 8 of 14 throws. Bagent on 7 of 24.
