  1. The only posters that were ever on the wagon were complete prisoners of the moment. This was not his first head scratching loss. We’ve had a few of them. Absolutely no reason to not do our best research on offensive guys and get the one we think is best. Poor @RLC003 might have to change his diaper once Wilks is gone and he can’t poo posts attacking his boy. What a loser.
  2. He absolutely can’t get the full time job. If he does we screwed.
  3. For the love of god, now that this game is lost, please don’t win next weekend. Let the saints have it. Let’s fire Wilks, get an offensive guy, and draft our future QB.
  4. Isnt defense supposed to be what Wilks is good at ?
  5. I really want to root and like Wilks. How he handles this last minute or so will be huge.
  6. Guys, real poo. If this is the Darnold we have going forward, he’s our guy. And we can go BPA in the draft.
  7. I have been a captain on the tank bandwagon for most of the season. But today I am all about FUGGING THE BUCS UP. Let’s get in the playoffs.
  8. He used to be someone I would have been satisfied with picking up for next season instead of drafting QB. However, he has really stunk it up this season, with elite talent on offense.
  9. It’s easy for folks who look at numbers only to say he’s on a downward trend. He had a lot of injury and coaching issues this past season. I personally think he gets taken before we pick but if we draft him, he could end up being a good one. We will see.
  10. If I didn’t think our roster was right there with being able to compete I would agree. The only way teams can beat us right now is by forcing Darnold to beat them. See the Steelers game, I don’t know the exact number of rush yards we had, but it wasn’t good at all. The Steelers scored 24 points and won by 8. We are a QB away from being real contenders. What free agent do you see being able to put us over the top in the next few years? I see none.
  11. Even if we win out and get obliterated by Dallas in round one, we need to do our research on every possible candidate. There’s no reason not to. Wilks has already had some iffy games in a very short amount of time. Think about the breath of fresh air an offensive guy would be with our new rookie QB.
  12. As long as we draft a QB I’ll be happy. I know everyone has their favorites, but I would hope/think most of as at this point would get behind the new kid and see what he has. It’s been a long time since we drafted QB in round one, and this revolving door of veterans at the position is tiring and ineffective.
  13. I think we lose a close, low scoring game. The Bucs stop our run game and force Darnold to beat them. Which I’m just not sure he can do.
  14. Is this a serious post? How many 5-11 or 5-12 seasons do you guys need to sit through before you figure out winning meaningless games in December doesn’t mean sh!t? Is that you, Matt Rhule?
  15. Great. Let’s get another worthless win and hurt our draft position even further. We aren’t making the playoffs. All of that hope and optimism went out the door when a horrible team bent us over yesterday.
  16. That does not excite me about the possibility of Wilks going forward. The Bengals and Steelers games were disasters, even if you want to be generous. That’s even assuming we win 2 of our last 3, which I doubt happens at this point. I guess I just don’t get the optimism around him. Even before yesterday I wasn’t on board. The NFL is moving away from guys like Wilks, not towards them. You really wouldn’t want us to explore other possibilities? Preferably offensive ones that we can grow a new QB with?
  17. If we had a winning record, even 9-8, then sure. If we back into the division at 7-10, there’s no way that needs to be treated as any sort of success. It’s a result of us sucking just a little less than the rest of our crap division. Let’s move on.
  18. This board kills Fox and Rivera for being the exact same coach Wilks is. For once, let’s get an offensive minded coach and let him pick the QB he wants.
  19. Depends on which year you look at. This year he wasn’t great but Kentucky just hasn’t been a great football team this year. When he had a good coordinator and didn’t get hurt, he played great.
  20. Just give me one of Stroud, Young, or Levis. I don’t care which one. We need to draft a QB and see what’s he got. Hopefully with an offensive minded coach.
  21. All the tools in the world. Rocket launcher for an arm, can make all the throws, easily fits balls into small windows. Needs to work on decision making and taking the easy throw occasionally. But you couldn’t ask for a more talented prospect. He’s also extremely tough and pretty fast. Mobility is a huge part of his game. If we can get an offensive minded coach to help him out, sky is the limit if he’s our pick. I do not think he makes it to us at 7 if that’s where we stay.
  22. The optimism after beating some bad teams and being in contention due to our crap division was hilarious. He needs to be done after this season.
  23. Any support for him after today should be over. If it isn’t, just another reason the Panthers are where we are. Miles behind being a competent organization.
