Gut everything from office to players. Trade every player that is worth anything for draft picks. Get them out of this hell hole. Start completely over from scratch with Dave and Nicole not having any control over personel decisions.( yes I know that part will never happen) I have never been this down on the organization. There is literally not even an ounce of glimmer of hope. Start over. Again.

At this point I would give this current coaching staff another season together. Things are looking better and it wouldn't be good for anyone to have an all new staff for the second season in a row. If they suck then bring in a new staff to pick a new qb in '25
