No. Waiver claims go to the main roster. And they keep whatever contract structure they had with the previous team. They did sign their own guy, Ben Dinucci, to their practice squad.

That's it for waiver clams, apparently. Not necessarily the end of the roster churn though. You can still sign the guys that didn't get picked on waivers (and even other teams practice squadders) as free agents.
