    Hell, even that could have been forgiven. But when you follow that up by giving both a huge contract and full control to a college coach with one year of pro experience as an assistant to an assistant, you pretty much confirm to everyone watching that you have no frigging clue what you're doing.

    Yeah, none of that has jack sh-t to do with football. Which shows, yet again, that you have no idea what you're talking about.

    Yeah... bullsh-t! Rhule fired one coach from his first year staff, DL Coach Mike Phair. All the other staff changes came from guys who took other jobs. If there were other guys he was dissatisfied with, there was nothing to stop him from replacing them.

    The ultimate secret to winning as an owner is putting the right people in charge. That's something Tepper hasn't done. Nor has he shown he's able to do so. Until he does, we're gonna continue to be bad.

    On a related note, the Cincinnati Bengals have apparently decided to change their mascot name to the Zebras I'm not sure what "deal" they're referring to, but I'm gonna say it was a bad one

    There are guys on here who know way more about contract and cap stuff than I do. That's not my thing. About all I could say about it is that when you get to the NFL level, even the simple stuff is complicated.
