Interesting how many here think: One of Reich's big downfalls is that he shouldn't be calling plays and managing the games AND If Brown calling the plays causes the offense to look better, Reich should be fired and promote Brown to head coach. I don't quite get that round of thinking. 100% agree that Reich should have handed play calling duties over earlier. Hopefully this works out and helps with game management and play calling. Let Reich direct traffic and Brown concentrate on calling plays. Agree that the bye week is a great time to make this change. Maybe we get a couple guys healthy and scrap up a couple wins.

This was Reich’s plan all along, correct? Should led to positive results. Game management should improve and play calling. If neither does, I’m good with a complete coaching fire sale. If it does improve, I’ll give them another year. I still say our biggest issue is lack of talent.

Well Thielen was a really good pickup. But he needs to turn into a combination of Jerry Rice and Randy Moss for it to start to make up for the rest of the underachieving signings and draft picks in the Fitty's time here.

I was very excited for the Reich era, even though I wanted Wilks to get a shot. I was fairly excited for the Rhule era, even though I liked Rivera. My excitement will be very tempered no matter who comes next.
