Caleb Jones had one horrendous preseason game. I think Coghlan may be a smidge better, but not by a whole lot.

I would trade 2025 1st, TMJ, David Tepper's wife, and Fitterer's fruit pie stash to get Harrison Jr.

So what's his position? He isn't a DE, he can't contain or stop the run. Is he an OLB?? Can he cover? Burns is a disruptor, no argument there, but teams know he can't stop the run and teams that can run the ball have a field day running to his side. Double Brown and run where Burns is lined up. He doesn't even stand up the OL blocking him to at least slow the run down and at the very worst he tackles air like he did today. He is not worth $30M. If we could get a 1st and 3rd at this point we should take it.

I am not happy with the Panthers at all, but it was talked about in the preseason how the Panthers had the WORST offensive weapons in the NFL. We have a guy with maybe 2-3 seasons left to play as our #1 WR and inconsistent/unproven WRs everywhere else. We have 1 TE that can be called on reliably to catch the ball when it's there, Hurst, and then 2 others that have a 50/50 chance (and that's me being gracious) to make the catch. Sanders doesn't look good here because...and here we go again...we don't have a good OL. Injuries haven't helped, but we certainly haven't built on what we saw at the end of last year. Hubbard looks better running the ball between the tackles, maybe think about scheming more passes or sweeps to Sanders? That's the best bet for him doing more for the offense, as long as he doesn't fumble. Our D has been decimated, especially in the secondary. I am truly surprised we haven't given up 60+ yet. Brown and YGM have been playing well, but the bum who wants $30M+ is a one trick pony who isn't even dominant at that...he cannot play the run worth a damn. Sorry, but we can't pay that dude $30M+.....not ever. There is a lot of piling on Bryce here and yeah he has made some rookie mistakes, but he isn't the root of the Panthers issues. If Reich is calling plays he needs to let Brown take over. We also need to figure out how to get plays in and snap the ball before 1-0 seconds are left on the play clock. That poo seemed to start at the tail end of Rivera's tenure and has continued to this day.

Brian Burns is running a DE clinic where he'll teach the fundamentals of the position to aspiring high school and college players. One of the top 3 DEs in the game, Brian is dominant against the run and pass.

A couple of things: Notre Dame doesn't play around when it comes to their head coaches and results anymore. That ship sailed with Bob Davies who stayed around way longer than he should have. Notre Dame thinks they should be at the top of the polls and in the CFP every year, right or wrong. I haven't said anything about Reich should/shouldn't be safe.
