    From what I hear they really want to bring Pep in. I like the idea. He will make a good interim head coach in November and possibly do well enough to earn the job full time.

    Cam Newton says "not a lot of guys bought into" what Panthers were trying to do, from a commitment level standpoint. That's it. That's the biggest issue on the team and it's the head coach.

    I have a question and I want an answer, it isn't rhetorical. What NFL position other than the Panthers head coach is Matt Rhule qualified for? Honestly, if he were to be fired today, is there another job he could take in the NFL?
