Actually Rhule hired him Tepoer appointed him to run the team once he realized Rhule isn’t a good coach. Man I thought it was just me like where’s he get that craziness from stepper needed a coach to hold us down and Wilks has exceeded most expectations. Yesterday we beat a solid team on the road in December things Matt couldn’t get us to do. What does the division have to do with Wilks simply getting us to play much much much better then we have the last two years. That’s what we would be rewarding him for getting our team from the second pick (bottom of the barrel overall team) in the draft to a competitive team that may beat anyone on any given Sunday.

As far as wr’s go we need a free agent upper echelon WR to come in and make an instant impact. I agree with needing a DE but let’s look to add a proven Wr who can step in and help make this team a more balanced and productive offense immediately.

Actually it’s pretty realistic look at the next two games say they win one and loose to the 49ers id we win the next two it’s a 6-7 team compared to a 6-8 team. We beat them already so it’s closer then we think. I’d say they louse to the bengals depending on that Lions game we may be tied for first in 3 weeks with two nfc matchups left. I’m starting to think it’s a realistic thing I wasn’t rooting for this but I’d never be mad at winning regardless of what happens in the playoffs.
