  1. We haven’t had a competitive football season in four straight years.
  2. They seem pretty similar IMO. Everything is magically super valuable instantly.
  3. I don’t get the current card market. My kid is sort of into it. But it just seems like a weird super bubble of nonsense.
  4. Tough to hear PJ given the intense game of ping pong being played in the locker room lol I mean, big picture I don’t care what goes on in the locker room but the worst team in the NFL probably doesn’t need ping pong and other activities offered lol
  5. He averaged almost 70% completion in his prior 2 starts. PJ sucking as a QB doesn't actually excuse what our staff did on Sunday. It has been proven here and other teams have proven you can scheme up some basics for virtually every QB that doesn't belong on the field. There are things PJ can't do. There are things he can. They simply opted to not do what he could.
  6. I mean, basically all 31 other teams could scheme up some basic pass plays for PJ between the 20s vs a meh team. I mean PJ is what he is. What we witnessed on Sunday was something uniquely bad that is separate from PJ Walker being a weak QB.
  7. No joke, you would be better off running the actual wildcat. I mean, the actual wildcat (not just a direct snap to the RB). That's a better gameplan than the one they ran out there Sunday.
  8. Throw was probably off target. Wasn’t meant to be a yard shorter.
  9. Look, I don't care if PJ throws 8 INTs and we get blown out. Action is action.
  10. I don't care who they play. I just want to be entertained. Bad teams can still be entertaining. Go down in a blaze of glory. But do something. Try.
  11. I’d be curious on the compensation. Could be a Teddy type thing where we aren’t actually getting anything in reality
  12. and his two prior starts PJ did have 3 INTs in his prior starts. All 3 were balls intercepted inside the 25. But they did a great job moving the ball with him given what he is. there just doesn’t seem to be a defense for what we saw Sunday. A NFL staff should of been able to scheme up a basic pass offense between the 20s for PJ. That wouldn’t be “aggressive”.
  13. Yeah, that kind of can get into a play of words. The “I wouldn’t say I want to be but” there are a lot of things people don’t technically want but think they need to he would be a hard trade. Its why he is still here to begin with. He is expensive and a one dimensional. Now with a PR hit.
  14. Wilks said using any of his 3 timeouts as the Rams punted from there own 30 with over a minute would be being more aggressive than he wanted lol. I mean, that is nonsensical. Especially given the Rams had none. You could see what the result of the punt was and even run 3 times if you wanted to get into FG position potentially. Or taken knees. That's literally just curling up in the fetal position and not trying. And it's really weak that didn't follow up on that question when he said he wasn't' trying to be aggresssive.
  15. I would imagine it might. I think Rhule was a such a dumpster fire that I would imagine it is a sore spot with Tepper. and Drummond isn't a Tepper guy. He is another hold over from the prior era. Pretty much the last one of note.
  16. I could see Drummond being similar on some levels. He might not be the toxic figure Easterby is....but he could still be way overpowered in the org given his background.
  17. games would last 10 hours if we had robots because they would call a flag on every play
  18. and frankly, Wilks and the Panthers were treating him like an utter clown. No way the refs were going to give him any respect. I mean, you are right, he isn't old enough to get calls. But if the Panthers weren't even going to show a tad of respect to him the refs were going to treat him like a tackling dummy. Refs clearly don't view QBs through unbiased eyes.
  19. Which makes it even worse is Stafford got that bogus roughing call earlier in the game for a simple tackle. PJ gets his head tackled…..then after they pull him the announcers are like, interesting it appears there was some contact with the head and they are pulling him. Not a peep about a blown call. I mean we lose either way. But the CMC slam, the PJ no call, the Stafford call all goes to the show NFL games are fixed to a degree. The league puts there thumb on the scale all the time. Can teams overcome it? Sure. But the Rams needed that win to stay alive in their division and get healthy going into the bye. NFL sure seemed to put their thumb on the scale to at least do their part in that occurring. I don’t even think our media brought the calls up to Wilks
  20. No Chinn, no Horn, no Luvu plus the whoever got hurt in game. It was the most neutered down the D has been all season.
  21. I mean at a certain point, they weren’t really even being decoys. and if you watch great WRs. You see most of them ramp it down to some extent when they aren’t really part of the play.
  22. Robbie’s PR team https://eagsportmanagement.com/nfl/
  23. wait until CMC isn’t on the field for whatever reason. Because at some point he won’t be. Trade. Injury. Or just no point risking him to injury and they shut him down.
  24. 66% of the time it works every time? I mean, I didn’t take into account all his pro starts. 87% of the time it works every time? who am I kidding. My only joy is gone. Time to watch a lot of college ball and get my hopes up about a QB we don’t end up drafting I guess.
  25. I think they get home and make some calls Monday. Cut him at the end of the day or Tuesday.
