  1. Injured or not I don't see a win for anyone. And Reich absolutely loved Young. I don't see how that can be questioned. He didn't just support him, he raved passionately about him. The whole QB guru thing was always BS and he hit gold 1 time in Philly. Ron did it with 2 QBs, that make him a QB guru also?
  2. He is probably sick of being on hopeless teams. I don't blame him. He can ask for a trade or wait and see who the new staff and QB are next year and then ask for a trade. Hell he could still request it this year in a few games justifiably. Getting traded from a bottom team to another can't be fun.
  3. Both. Young looks like a washed Ryan and Frank is a dud all around. His days as a QB guru in Philly look like where he peaked in his career. More of the same from Dalton is what I am expecting. I do expect a shot or 2 deep that Young couldn't or wouldn't take, even if his arm is limited at this point on his career. Young has completed what 1 pass over 20 yards? Like the guys said 'walks like a duck, quacks like a duck...'.
  4. This team just got done with 2 plus of Rhule and then had just enough hope to get pissed about Frank's pulling his crap here to give him the theoretical time most new hires get. Even Rhule's first year he didn't get as much heat as Frank is already getting. I don't know what happens but none of this is usual territory. Even the media is already starting to pile on and it's week 3.
  5. But he is their best player and that is not it's own issue whatsoever...
  6. Well it's only week 3. Hopefully everyone is calling for firings by the end of the year so it can be done justifiably. Keep on calling those plays Frank, you can do this again and faster this time.
  7. Win a SB? Not a chance. Make the playoffs in the NFCS this year? Maybe.
  8. PSLs up for sale along with every game tickets this year. Tepper is a loser and has shown zero ability to learn from his own mistakes or near disasters he was lucky enough to avoid. He is such an incompentent owner and manager I don't even think he can put a crew together to buy a SB with a 1 year rental team approach. Good people don't seem end up working with him. As far as I can tell Morgan is the only inhouse person I can respect and that's mostly because he played here. Tepper is starting to reek of Snyder level hopelessness.
  9. That was my first thought given the responses and distance created.
  10. Tepper can't even close on a practice facility and you think he can pull of a team move approval, stadium build and tax deal? Only if the NFL does it for him.
  11. A lot of people put him up there and he should never have been up there in the first place.
  12. Frank is going to have to be fired or retire before you see any meaningful change. That guy still thinks he is doing good lol. Remember when people where saying what a great coach he is and talent evaluator? Yeah I do. This guys best days are behind him and he was absolutely part of the problem in Indy. If you just woke up from being in a coma for a year you wouldn't even know Rhule is gone. It is so bad it's legitimate to ask if Tepper is calling in plays like Davis used to do.
  13. The media is already comparing him to Lance? Damn that is brutal.
  14. He is averaging 4.2 yards a throw and is third worst ever after 2 games. Carolina Panthers Bryce Young is still struggling: The learning curve for Young is going to be steeper than initially thought. Playing a good Saints defense, Young finished 22 of 33 for 153 yards and a touchdown (87.1 rating), but his yards per attempt is a major concern. Young is averaging 4.2 yards per attempt through his first two career games, the third lowest in NFL history (only Kyle Boller and Billy Joe Tolliver are lower). His 299 passing yards are the fewest by a No. 1 pick in his first two career starts since Alex Smith in 2005. This doesn't mean Young can't get better, but a poor offensive line and so-so wide receivers aren't helping him succeed. Link From Payton and Brees to Alex Smith and Kyle Boller territory. But he isn't part of the peoblem...
  15. In these times Madden is about as close to decent Panthers football as you are going to get. Or just turn it off and don't allow yourself to watch more then the lowlights.
  16. There doesn't look to be much to ruin. Never did but some just couldn't see it for what it is.
  17. I was roasted for saying it was suspect that he left the way he did and we ended up with the best salesman again. Hell Ben just said no to any more interviews lol. He is still the one to get IMO. Got to get a GM first. Tepper needs help and I have zero faith in any of his hires throughout his organization.
  18. Yep that was a big part of it and that is what also turned me off. Well that and his JR ties. I did think Tepper would at least build a training facility and make a ton of money doing it but it looks like rich clown is his thing. Neither were great options. I wish the Canes owner was richer because that guy is one worth saying 'I wish' about, not those other 2.
  19. The NFL picks the owners and they had a hard time and had to lower their standards for the DC sale. Blame the NFL for being a billionaires profit making toy. Most new owners stink for years and some never change. Just make the teams publicly traded and get rid of the rich doofuses problem altogether.
  20. Let the next GM decide. Hopefully he will be here soon.
  21. If it's for picks for the new GM then sure. Giving Fritterer more ammo to waste is just a dumb idea.
