  1. They chose to resign Dalton and kept Plummber after looking like poo for forever. Im just not sure he has realized his mistake yet which says a lot about his ability. Same with Morgan. Insert Evero still being here. It's a trend
  2. He has chosen 3 and has no option behind Young this year. His coaching alone is enough to justify a firing if it keeps going the way it's going again. No need for a year 3 where he gets fired mid way for being who he was in year 1 and 2. That's like saying Evero deserved a year 3 after last year. It makes no sense logic wise. Plus he chose Young when he signed up for this while others walked.
  3. Under Tepper they need to be well adjusted and not sycophants or the worst comes out. Wasn't that the year the staff went knives out?
  4. To be fair SS was always a psycho with a giant ego. Haven't heard anything near that with Tillis.
  5. He is a cap guy. The threat is he accumulates more power than the cap guy should have with a crew change because I don't want a cap guy running the football team under Tepper. Much like when we kept Morgan when we should have done a complete tear down. Im on the fence personally. He should be keepable but given the history it might be better odds to not. It's like asking can Tepper finally do it the right way? Not a bet I would take sadly even if it should be attainable.
  6. Hopefully. My only hope under him is falling backwards into success. First he has to suffer through another season of what he built.
  7. Worse arm and vision but better runner with nothing in front of him.
  8. I guess that's why they let PFF make the picks this year. Seeing their ranges of competence every week Im guessing similar outcome with a little bump in improvement.
  9. It's always everything else and never what it looks like. The only TD was a run. It was the Jags so the bar was as low as it gets competition wise. What percent of his stats, missed and realized, were 4th quarter down by 3 scores again? There are some flip sides to a rookie WR, drops and the rest of the situation not being HOF standard. In the end SSDD. Lawrence isn't a good QB but he looked like one in comparison. Not great QBs still do more in those situations than Bryce. They try more when it's 4th down while being behind, not always succeed but at least try. The only light Bryce looks good in is when he is compared to himself at rock bottom and historically bad. Without that he just plain looks bad and limited agaisnt poor competition.
  10. If they were going to bench him then they would have brought in someone other than a guy they 100% knew couldn't hold together for many games. So either they want to give him a breather again or there is a hand on the scale or they are just flat out dumb and about to panic at some point. Considering the only other guy on the active roster has limited availability then how do you not see Young going in again with 16 to go? I can't see Hooker playing more than PJ did. Young's dead cap makes him a target for the end of the year IMO at this rate so any trade would have to be without him. That might make better football to watch but it's likely to buy just a few wins for what I can only imagine would be a lopsided trade at this point.
  11. Not much to blow up or trade. I stopped spending money on the Panthers and it's been wonderfully liberating. As for what we witness in a season skipping some games and enjoying life a little is what they call self care. Seasons used to fly by and now it's a marathon.
  12. 16 more to go is what it looks like. Hopefully it's a giant plug too
  13. Just trading one issue for another. Might as well ship off Younh for a late pick and judt play Dalton and Hooker when he breaks. It woukd still be an improvement towards watchability
  14. Suck it up and show the wheels. Your rookie WR that actually catches messed up so just throw it away or try to go get a first and try again? Bryce was like I only run into an open field after that fumble...before he was hit
  15. Looks like BB isn't injured so it's his window to prove something. Zero sacks agaisnt thr Jags just means something needed to change anyways.
  16. Looks like a higher quality recap vs the trash PFF pumped out this week.
  17. Yup. Looks like another project that needs to learn a lot to be effective. Those have flourished here in the Tepper error... At least he looks quick but too small to rely on a bullrush in the NFL
  18. It should have been the guy replacing Dalton but nope. Bring in a vet not a rookie or a PS level guy like Hooker. Plumber should have been cycled out last year looking for something better because he stunk always.
  19. Because feelings? Owner or QB #1? I don't know but it looks like amateur hour in that house 24/7
  20. I'll go with the young guys and let them make some rookie mistakes vs invisible & ineffective too
  21. Should come out pretty soon with those kinds of performances. I have wondered why he was brought back this year so that will be good to finally put to rest. No way he makes it far this season.
  22. It's called the hot potato game of blame. No excuses including more time so it has to fall somewhere first. I bet it's getting spicy in that building already. Sadly this will probably be more entertaining than the games much like in '23.
  23. That was literally my point. Wasn't Jackson a guy Morgan loved? If so damnnnnnn
  24. 3 years of his guys and we have Brown and 2 CBs.
  25. Don't trade Tet to move up this offseason. That guy should be XL.
