  1. The truth isn't hate, it's just the reality of the situation. He looks headed to the list of worst top picks ever. I am even starting to doubt his ability to earn a backup gig after this mess is over.
  2. The good news is he is not going to be hard to replace...
  3. Maybe 2019 that they could build a solid start on a 3-4 switch. Once they hired Rhule and I watched a video of him speaking I knew he was a dud and it didn't take them long to confirm that. Never had much since. 2015 was the last time I felt hopeful completely. That crashed by the time 2016 season was underway with Ron and DG in a pissing match and reverted back to expected mediocraty by 2017 and the return of Hurney.
  4. I will believe it when I see it. The next big question would be then who is in his ear now as the football expert? I seriously doubt he would go solo yet so what underling would now be in charge of giving the football side input.
  5. It was true but he was't the chicken salad...
  6. Just put him on IR and ride him to the #1 in 2025. It would be a mercy for all.
  7. His first year when he was mostly 'hands off' lol. Yeah it's going to be for a lot of money but he is also not going to get a Ben Johnson. Petters walked and so would Ben is my guess. How much rejection and how far from his desired outcome is the questions there for me. It is going to take a lot to crack that ego IMO.
  8. I got free tickets when I came down to see friends. I wish I was you who had an excuse to not to have to watch this game. They flexed smartly for sure
  9. Well we know that but that doesn't fix the real isssues lol
  10. Tepper has already shown it's going to take that and so much more. I expect a hiring cycle where he doesn't get what he wants will be another step in that direction but it's going to be a brutal path to ever get to that point. If they play that bad then he can just blame one side and I'm betting it will be the coaches again.
  11. Where there is smoke... If it is as bad as it looks and is starting to sound then more will keep dropping lose. I think today's game plays a part in that. The Teppers made a big move earlier this week and whatever happens is going to shift responsibilities onto the new crew.
  12. Some of yall did not want to hear it. I still don't belive he will dump him for a HC either yet. He is going to end up with whoever will work with Fritterer and fix Bryce. It's going to be more failure again.
  13. This feels like that Rhule year where they were 2nd in yards honestly. I'm fine with a house cleaning tho I do like the DC. Tabor and Caldwell is going to be interesting sales pitch to a new HC. Not sure how that goes over in negotiations given the situation.
  14. Bryce getting killed trying to run a college offense in the NFL comes to mind. No idea but it's possible
  15. If this gets worse and not better with Reich gone it's going to be very entertaining in that building.
  16. It's a legit concern. They did say he was listening to too many people.
  17. But there was a censensus in the people who make mock drafts for a living... That missed how his height is an issue when he had to find a gap in the line to launch pad his deep throws. And his feet issues. Just ignore the pro-ready stuff talk they were so sure about. Media hype is worth nothing and this is a great case why it's mostly entertainment and little more. Ohh wait our owner is dumb enough to actually use it to pick 'his' guys.
  18. Great listen. He hit on a lot of good stuff. Needing a tam builder vs playcaller HC is a solid take. Giving Teppers other issues itmakes sense even if it'snot what I would like to see. The best is when he said how Tepper doesn't get how the league works. The consensus take was shattering to some common myths around here. 'He has to hire people that are not scared of him' to get an honest opinion. Read about history? I fugging wish he would. It would save him so much time and wasted seasons left figuring stuff out others already put on display. No honesty and everyone is out for survival, the brutal truth. Clean the entire house please.
  19. LoL. So he is going to walk with 4 or 5 years of pay and just go bounce back to school? Didn't that guy already use Tepper to get a raise already a little while back? What a terrible idea.
  20. Peters is the only one I would be thrilled about at this point. He wouldn't take the job unless the entire internal system was changed up to something functional. He has seen where this club has to go if it really wants to turn around. I just don't know enough about who is really who anymore. Some of the floated names are big old eye rolls like some of the HC prospects. I get that it could happen but some really shouldn't in this specific case.
  21. Sometimes they say that or keep them until after the draft. Replacing him now would allow them to get started on interviews and let candidates have more time to plan so that's also a plus. Just depends on who is pulling the triger and what they feel like doing. I hope you are right. See if he is still next to Tepper at games next.
  22. If so then it's absolutely going to get worse but at least it will be entertaining. I'm so emotionally removed from the staff and players that it can get hilariousbat times. Not what I wanted but it has it's moments. Tepper's last press conference was that for me.
  23. All I have heard is pure speculation. He obviously should be but that's not the same as actually being on the hot seat. Didn't Tepper even mention being on the same page or something? It looks like he won the blame struggle between him and Frank to me. Tepper has aleays thrown his anger around and it looks like Scott holds up well with it or he would have crumbled before Frank ever got here.
  24. Looking really bad. Has anyone seen even anything about him being on the hot seat yet? It looks like he is in lockstep with Tepper so far. It's feesable he even survives Young if that keeps going on it's current trajectory.
