  1. It's not a tank or a rebuild...they are trying to win with Bryce this year with an offense first approach lol. It's going to be fun watching this crew get fired this year.
  2. What an incredibly bad time to have so many PSLs going into their last year. Default or waste a last chunk of money on unsellable tickets? At least we didn't sign that 8 year option. Those poor bastards never had a chance
  3. What other expectation was there really? People are just blowing months of steam knowing that there were 2 bad outcomes of that mess, overpaid or under valued in a trade.
  4. Our last #1 got us Young. Cam was a different era in Panthers football. It's all the Teppers' error now and there is no end in sight.
  5. CMC could be a HOFer. Moore is really good on an even better contract. Burns is very athletic but only hit 10 sacks in 1 season. Adding in Young just shows the downwards spiral the team is in. All they do is fug up regardless of the face. Once you accept that it all stops hurting and becomes hilarious.
  6. Did any of that sound like a solid foundation to build upon? Not IMO. What will hurt is what they do next. All of this is just yesterday's pain.
  7. I had enough of him after last offseason... Whatever. You should have already reconciled the fact this trade will hurt after the Rams offer. They are lucky to get a 2nd considering what went down between Burns and the Panthers
  8. 1 RG and an injured guy who should have been out before Bozeman
  9. Juat ignore the value and play victim. It's such a winning strategy. You quoted me and keep coming back. Just admit it, you like it. Daniel Jones contact says high mr oblivious
  10. Looks like the dogs don't want to be here...
  11. LOL If deals reflect actual quality that would mean something then Thomas wouldn't have been such a waste of a roster space for years. The Panthers paid Darnold 19 million for a season that they traded for Baker. Nice cope, keep trying. Even your insults are lame and off target. Don't you have someone else to play with that can inflate your ego? Yet you keep coming back with nothing to me. You have no substance but thanks for the playtime kiddo.
  12. Thankfully they got rid of their pro-personnel expert from last year...
  13. Thomas does nothing well I have seen, like even on special teams which would still be completely replaceable. There is no justifying keeping him if you can clear enough cap to sign a draft pick and 2 URFAs.
  14. Lol Tampa went to the playoffs because the NFCS was trash. If there was one good team last year Tampa wouldn't have made it. If that's your standard it's no wonder why you always pick such sad hills to make a fool of yourself. And Baker is a jag and Thomas is basically PS level player that always stays here so grest comp lol
  15. So did Rhule and Reich lol. Hirst was never even there anyways. Again thanks Morgan. There is no solid way of justifying keeping a known dud in a player.
  16. Hahahaha. See last year. It's not like he was just hired here. Those garbage pros last year where on hia watch which he did with his friend and boss. If you want to live in fantasy land by all means have fun.
  17. He isn't good at anything. Morgan is just more of the same.
  18. It's not saving money keeping a player below backup level.
  19. They kept running even if it didn't work. When they stopped running their O stalled. Running takes the burden of Baker and the OC can choose where to put him in a good position. They were 32 in yards but 23 in attempts. Look it's not like they would have gone to the playoffs if they were not in the NFCS so it's not like any of it was stellar.
  20. His play was always streaky, even last year where it was just better than his normal. He can get a team into the playoffs if they run heavy where he will have some good games and some dud games. At this point it looks like he has mellowed his attitude after the stuff he has been through which is great for him. But he isn't the answer if you are talking more than a playoff birth. Going away from Canales is just a question of them following that mold, run first and heavy, or putting more on Baker? The first works and even Wilks did that before Canales with him and Darnold. I suspect the second one will always end in failure for Baker. Canales is unquestionably a good QB coach but Baker was also older and ready to listen. If he doesn't put his head up his own butt again he should have a solid rest of his career...if he keeps that run game going.
  21. He isn't worth keeping so any cap cleared by dumping him was the win. URFAs would have more upside than Thomas at this point.
  22. He was an easy cut to clean some cap and get him in the rearview. The guy is a complete waste of a roster spot and there is no maybe about it at this point in his career. After the Bozeman cut it looks so much worse. Hell Bozeman even as a bad fit is still sooooo much better than Thomas lol
  23. He is a QB so it's demand vs lack of supply. If they stop being run first then they will learn real fast why he failed elsewhere and was cheap when they picked him up off the scrap heap. If he has to justify his price tag is when it's going to get real interesting. Much easier to build a better team around him when he was cheap.
  24. Morgan looks set for a real dud of an offseason. JFC how is this guy still around. He isn't even a decent backup.
