    Most of the moves I’ve seen have been average GM moves. With that said, it takes 3 years to really know the results of a draft… …and we need multiple drafts to fix this team. I want to give Dan and Dave at least 3 more years. Not taking the bag off my avatar’s head until we see a winning season.

    These types of picks are pure front office ego. They dream of being the coach to ‘develop’ a raw player into something. They dream of being the GM who finds hidden gems everyone else overlooked. Rookie mistakes

    This team desperately needs a #1 WR, but I don’t see a guy worth the #8 pick. We just need to go BPA and build the right way.

    Most teams aren’t the eagles and chiefs, but I agree with your basic point. We’ve also spent a lot of time drafting guys for systems that are thrown out a year or so later when the coaching staff changes.

    The league average is 2.5 starters per draft that start for at least 3 years. We’ve been at maybe 1-1.5 the past 7 years.

    I think there is more upside to Bryce and the offense than Kyler, but who knows what he’s thinking. Probably just wants the most guaranteed since he already has a ring.

    Goes both way. If there is no value, who is going to give up picks to get up there? I doubt we’ll find a trade partner.

    Media in the locker room while guys are changing has always been strange. Just create a system where reporters can request access to specific players during the week. They get 10 minutes or something. Either that or allow reporters to catch players as they exit the locker room. Its not hard.

    There was one allegation in HS. He has suspended. VA made him sign a zero tolerance statement about SA before he got to the school. A 2nd allegation (that never went anywhere) happened in VA and he was kicked off the team b/c of that statement he signed.
