Average NFL stadium seat capacity = 65k Average NFL ticket price = $150. ~$10 million per game. $80 million in stadium ticket revenue per season. Does not include concessions and club box seating revenue. Does it cost more than 100 mill a year to run a stadium? I doubt it.

Ravens are very well run. Always make good draft decisions. For years they seemed to always have the most comp picks, etc. Steelers are great too. It’s an open secret their owner is very involved but stays low key about it. He has a lifetime of experience to draw from though.

Agreed, but this team also needs to heavily revamp this offense over the next few years. An alpha type coach isn’t going to change everyone’s attitudes.

On our team Baker looked like he forgot how to play and would never play again. He could barely complete a pass at times. There are a lot of issues, but our team culture is trash. Players just don’t want to work/play hard. Cam said as much when he left.

There is a reason all the owners who came out of the Steelers org are heavily involved. It’s what was modeled for them by Art Rooney. Tepper is just really inexperienced so his involvement hurts. He doesn’t have a lifetime of institutional knowledge to pull from. He needs to pull away until he has 20 years under his belt.

A LOT of owners are heavily involved. They are just not loud about it. I’ve heard enough retired scouts and coaches say this over the years to believe it’s more the norm than we think. Lurie has always been very involved. He famously had weekly Monday morning meetings with Pederson during their Super Bowl winning year where Lurie would make suggestions and criticize Pederson for in game decisions.
