    Our offense was pretty effective at moving the ball and scoring, except at clutch time. We could not stop anyone and get the D off the field. I am fine with building the D into a nasty, lockdown unit and tweak the offense as we go. We will see on Sam, but if Bilgewater could move the offense, I think Sam will be fine.

    Fields could also have a seizure during a game one day soon which would muddy the waters greatly regarding his career.

    It's probably just that it's draft season. These guys are putting in a ton of time watching film and traveling to see prospects in person. He can rest after OTAs are done and get ready for training camp.

    It is difficult at this point to see Little as a meaningful contributor at any position. I too believe he won't make the final roster.

    I would bet Smith would like to win immediately to get his tenure off to a great start. Pitts would help them immensely with that. They would score enough to be in every game. If a total tear down happens, Smith could be out in 3 years.

    Good point but I think these coaches and GMs are paranoid as hell in the weeks before the draft. Especially if there is a guy they want in the worst way.
