Plus I will add this, I feel the biggest mistake of the panther/tepper/rhule era. Tepper allowed Smarty Marty to stay. One of Martys BIGGEST issues- he NEVER embraced rebuilding, he always thought *any* year/group had the goods to win. He was WRONG! So Marty gets in Rhules mind and they do not take the best time in NFL history to rebuild a fossil team. I blame Tepper for this mainly, he should have fired Herniay at the same time as RR. This set the team back a couple years, thanks Tepper.....

Im with @Sgt Schultz its younger for sure. Better????? Whos coaching each side??? feels like a pick'em......but if that young team answered TD with TDs, they would win.... RR even said he let the team get too old, hard to be upset given the case of vets.

Sight correction- Barns late 7th is on the Phins PS, not Barno. *Plus guess what team Barns played for......a little surprised he jumped ship... The NFL has evolved when it comes to 5-7 round "steals". Just not as many as say 10 years ago. Scouting on the weak teams has much improved. Lots of teams only have 110-140 draft grades come draft week. Most years 250ish players are picked. Starting mid-5th nearly everyones board is empty. I know hes hasnt "broke" out but Shi Smith looks about as good as you could hope in that 5-7 group....... Finally In the short time os GM, finesserere drafted MUCH better in the late than Smarty Marty....

For me theres some bad and more good thus far. We do not know what % of role he played in Darnold. Roast away with your 20/20, but the baker trade was still a smart move at the time.......results have baker in the outhouse tho. I will say this in his defense, maybe the main role of the GM is to supply the coaching staff with a certain type of player. I believe Finesserererer did a great job across the whole team. Ive truly liked each draft and how each was totally different in the manner it played out, * on the drafted days, I loved the results. Still a little earlier on most, but results are not the same 10/10 feelings I hated his first FA haul, with elf and erv. Guess who was also in that trash group- Frankie Luvu....Much better the next round with Morgan helping. This group could have been saved if they kept reddick around.... Personally I could be talked into either way. Would not complain if fired and have an interest in who he'd pick as HC/staff. Force me to vote, I'd give him the real shot at hiring "his" coach. Fail? Shitcann the whole org and start fresh.

Hes never played, thats all. Not questioning hes work ethic, hed need a good solid year to make the move. I dont know if hes willing given hes a QB at heart. I think he would be a near pro-bowler too.

This roster is good enough to be in the late season playoff hunt. RB(if cmc remains) OL(shocked) WR(harder sell with dj struggles) CB(look petty good, I want elite tho) S(chinn carry) with player - Burns, 2022 Brown, and shaq ST (good as Ive seen since O'brien days) ____________________________________________________ What groups need help TEs QBs DL LB(could be up top given luvu play) Like depth-wise the roster is better, that hole at QB is massive tho.

I think hed make a decent TE if he put in the work...
