Shoulders are among the hardest injuries to know how to heal it. The whole gambit is use- just rehab, stem cells, just rest, you 100% need surgery, wear this, etc etc. It's one of the toughest injuries that you can still play with, as a non-WR/QB. OL and defense guys are always playing with hurt shoulders.

I don't think that's what happened. My take is he or his team reached out to Brandt/Dan and told them if they gave AT a raise for leading his group and dealing with BS, Clowney wants the same deal. Dan/Brandt called around and found out no team would not even pay him 7,700,000 for a 2028 7th comp pick. He told clowney/team and they got feeling hurt. I bet they even asked him to take a pay cut. Clowney is now pissed, release me.....

I seen him in a recent Panthers video, he looked like he needed to setup his workouts... BIG TIME. He looked like a normal guy at Walmart, not an NFL player. I hate to base my feels on that and there are some TE that dad bod is fine cause of 5 pro bowls....He just needs to work and dress better, my guy had the at-home special form head to toe...... I'd never allow the Panthers to see me in slob mode..... If I was Evans coming off combine shape, Id feel great about beating him out.

They have no clue the players responsibilities for each play, nor if a coach tells the RT- " I want you to let the DE have a free path" The the RB job is to chip him, but doesn't.... PFF -100 points for the RT on that play. Unless they have former coaches and aware of the teams weekly game plans, its a guess. Here at the huddle we guess too..... MHS, You are missing Claudin Cherelus is a LB that's in the mix for the 4th spot. He's been here for 2 years and had a couple injuries. I mean he was a wavier claim and been here for evero system, just had bad luck when given a chance. Jon Rhat is the current leader mainly cause of he is the ST ace. But Id say, Cherelus has the same % to make the roster. CB has the recent wavier claim of MJ Devonshire a 2024 7th rounder. He's got the good-great combine numbers but he's small size. Still he's in the mix for backup duties, in fact all the non-UDFA are wavier claims. ______________________________________________________________ Dam shame about Clowney. I view this as a bad move. I feel clowny is well worth the 7.7, even as a backup. He played hard the whole year without help. I just feel he would have helped more than either DJ Johnson or Barno. My only cope is he's 32 and at any point his miro-knee could force him to drop off a cliff performance-wise. I wanted to keep him around at least until the trade deadline and if no chance at playoff, flip him for a anything. NFL is a meat grinder, no love for locals....

That is a good point. Ill add to it, Shaq was a trail blazer about LBs that can cover. He started that trend, partly due to what you said above-size. Plus he was a safety at one point in college or had lots of snaps there. It's almost 50/50 split I think about what you need from a LB. I mean the NFL is 62ish % pass last I checked. Side Bar- I have friends in the strength community and one of them had a mutual friend that knew "House" and his staff. Once every month if he heard a story about panther, he'd toss me a bone. He said the House and others just loved Shaq, called him a leader. Always in early and would workout after practice. He was not lazy at all, help set a standard among other young players.
