Short time line- BY named starter, first games Bates ruins his ability to throw mid-deep after 2 INTs. Each week he is under pressure from a bad OL. His coaches call 90% play calls as if BY cannot throw past the LOS. By seasons end, his confidence is shot. 2024 starts he's still shell shocked and done menially. Dave benched him and a small part of him is upset. Dalton shows him this is the NFL and the OL has greatly improved, don't be scared about mistakes and make the throws like you do in practice. BY starts to understand and doesn't overthink, each week he's figuring it. Props- I had him done and he's having one of the biggest turns in NFL history. Im not on the BY train and still hoping FO brings in other legit QBs. Still he's no longer the clear 32nd rank QB each week, if his limit is average play against good-great defensives, Ill take it. That fuger has made start to rethink his weapons, cause..........ugh........ If this is the type QB he is........ AT and XL and whatever the "hot" TE it is not close enough to level of talent. That's my biggest take from this- mingo and Johnson(panthers #1) were traded, TEs are hit by injuries, AT comes in by the 3rd game into 5 game....... fuging 30 year old multiple teams David Mooore is best option??

The UDFA that carried the load was averaging 5.2 per carry while CMC is 3.5. Mason also has 140 carries and CMC is 43. 49ers still have to pay QB and here they are paying 19,000,000 while a 650,000 UDFA has out rushed him thus far. I bet they wished they never resigned him now. Again its money- teams can not pay every single spot top dollar. They have decided RBs, Safety, and special teams don't get the big bucks.

It's very simple. It's the answer to everything - money. Teams simply are not paying RBs what QBs, WRs, OL, CB, DL, and LBs make. Just the facts. The bonus is the rise in mid-round success. They only have XL and Coker for WRs. (AT could be cut) and most teams carry 6. Similar deal at TE, its Sanders and nothing else. Teams carry 3-4.(could bring back temble for cheap) Do some bad math and check on the real low cap number......panthers need to draft at least one of each and maybe 2 along with fixing the defense...

fitterer came in with while Rhule had all the power. 2 years later he had gotten GM duties and must have sold tepper on a fast fix along with trading up for BY. He went all-in and busted with all those FAs, draft class, and all-star coaching staff. the deal is tepper is just like us, he's beyond sick of waiting.
