  1. Sanders has decent hands too for a RB. Not ideal like you said, but a serviceable offense.
  2. After giving up a league-high 40 sacks and posting the 56th-best pass block win rate as an offensive tackle (84.5%) from 2019 to 2021, Taylor gave up only six sacks and finished 37th in pass block win rate among offensive tackles (88.8%) this past season. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/35851858/sources-jaguars-ot-jawaan-taylor-chiefs-80m-deal?platform=amp Looks like he had a decent season, but struggled before that. Regardless he made Brown expendable…
  3. Well yeah I’d prefer Foreman, but Hubbard is cheap and already on the roster.
  4. Wait who did the Chiefs get? I’m having trouble keeping up!!
  5. Sanders, Hubbard (I think he is a decent 2nd back), and probably a mid/late draft pick. All should have a nice OL to run behind.
  6. Good! We needed a RB with good hands since our WR group is lacking. Sanders checks that box,
  7. I feel like we should be closing in on signing Campbell. Juju signed elsewhere, Theilen is probably a Chief, Meyers signed with the Raiders....
  8. Why doubt it? There is no post of him signing and we know he met with them today. He is probably going to talk to a few different places and lean KC if the price is right for a chance at a ring.
  9. I'm pretty sure he was half joking. He never seems to take things too seriously on here which is a good approach.
  10. lol ok ok. Look I think you know Flutie isn't the hill to die on. I have nothing against Young and will be happy if he is our guy. I just hope he has a better career than Flutie if that is the case.
  11. Come on now. The NFL Hall of Fame? I see where he made college football and Canadian Football.... Would you be happy if our number one pick made the Canadian Football Hall of Fame??? I also don't think he was one of the best in his generation or he would be in the NFL Hall of Fame. You are seeing the "pound for pound" quote by Madden which is really just referring to his height and toughness. NFL accomplishments are what we are looking for in the top pick.
  12. He was successful financially, but was he successful as a starting QB?
  13. It doesn't, but it's less pressure and an easier read for him. It's not a negative, but definitely a question mark.
  14. That points to Stroud (who is who I want). I'm just looking at the timing of the trade...
  15. I just don't see the move to 1 and giving up what we did for Levis who is a bit of a gamble himself. You either get the highest floor (Stroud) and have a solid possibly great QB for a while or you gamble on the highest ceiling (AR) which I would advise against, but see the logic kind of. Maybe we are just that confident in our staff?
  16. Something makes me think it's Stroud unless AR can some how convince them he is worth the risk. It just happened so close to the combine, but what do I know.
