We may have a good head coach on the staff that has no voice. I have a feeling some of these coaches are frustrated with the present situation. I just have little faith in Tepper’s evaluations of coaches.

I agree, but I doubt Evero would do that. He saw what happened to Wilkes after Wilkes did a decent job as an interim.

Training camp was wasted by Bryce not getting reps. This entire preseason was not treated with the urgency it should have been. The entire spiel of “it’s just preseason” attitude carried over in the season. Bryce may never reach the lofty goals of being a superstar. However, he has enough skill to be as good as many of the current starting quarterbacks. Reich calling the plays for Bryce is not working. Counting preseason this team has lost 7 straight games. It will be next to impossible to find any offensive line help in season as many teams have similar needs, but that is where the focus should be. I feel Bryce has been damaged by lofty expectations that he may never reach with his skill set.

They better be thinking about the O.L. Even with everyone healthy it was probably average at best.

“If Tepp makes the right moves” will require him to defer to someone that may not agree with him but has a solid track record of success. So far his ego has prevented that. However, we have to hope.

Listening to Kyle Bailey also. What I heard was was that Tepper was furious, but nothing imminent happening. That may or may not change. J I could go with E.E. Missing key pieces on defense and still playing lights out. This ain’t on the defense.

I don’t understand some of his takes. I don’t know if he does not want to get the Panther Brass upset with him, but something doesn’t make sense. I have listened to some of his comments on draft picks. Steve was real high on Shi Smith, also Jonathan Mingo. Steve had some credibility with me because of his career. He is fast losing it.

This is true. I probably drove the 130 miles to see the Panthers for the last time this year. UNC and Duke are filling up their stadiums with fans hungry for a winner. A lot of PSL owners and others are turning to attending more college football.

No telling how many super bowls Jerry Jones would have won if he would have had a President or simply not ruined things with Jimmy Johnson.

I agree with this. We can compare other quarterbacks in the most recent draft all day long, but Bryce is the Panther quarterback for the immediate future. He can help himself in the offseason by getting in the weight room. He can’t get any taller, but he can get stronger to avoid some of the shoestring tackles.

He has to have the vote of 3/4 of the other team owners to move the team. It will not happen.

Left tackle is more of a concern for me right now than quarterback. Is Icky a bust at left tackle? Do we have to start the search for a left tackle again? It appears this staff did not realize that the reason this offensive line was geared towards a run dominated offense. It would appear this is as big as issue as anything right now. e?

I am not sure if we realized how much missing the starting guards would set this team back. This line was put together as more to run block than pass block. That was one big change from last year. The Offensive tackles have probably been affected by trying to compensate for ineffective guard play as well.

It looks like Reich would have this team prepared for the noise.

If I was the owner of any team at this time I would like to know who is available that has a proven track record as a GM and has drafted successfully. I never hear anyone mention that when the discussion turns to firing our current GM. Do you hire someone that you think might make a good GM with no experience? I think of that more often than I look back at past GM’s of the Panthers.
