  1. Mitch is like, 'nah brah, you ain't screwing up by next starting gig.'
  2. How? Unless we beat the Saints, this team would have won exactly TWO games since week 4. Heck, even the freaking Lions have had better results!
  3. Cam's seeing ghosts now. This OL brings out the paranormal in our QBs.
  4. Abdullah was a nice pick up. I hope we keep him next year. I'm still not sold on Hubbard.
  5. Youth is not the problem, coaching is. Young players with crap coahes cannot be blamed.
  6. Was that another 3rd quarter where the opponents put points up and we were held scoreless? If that was a Vegas bet, it's about as easy money as there could be.
  7. Neal or Ekwonu or Cross. We will trade up for Pickett if Rhule is still here though.
  8. Yeah, but we need to draft a QB is a sorry QB class says the Huddle!
  9. I'm not sure about Daboll...our run defense is suspect and edge rushers are monsters, yet he keeps trying to force the passing game.
  10. Dude pick a good day to pull something. This game is a poo show and he gets to sit inside where it's warm instead of out there in the cold watching this debacle. At this point, it doesn't look like he'd even have to leave the bench.
  11. Our defense is about to implode. They usually play strong until they see the offense is stuck in neutral and then they just throw up their hands. I get the sensation of utter helplessness among them.
  12. I thought only Sam threw those? Oh, another drop by Robby. He has to be leading the League in that dubious stat.
  13. That 4th down call is exactly why Rhule should not be a NFL coach and now his team is behind. The route is on fellas...
  14. Dumb call by Rhule. You just flipped the filed in favor of the Bills. Until then they had struggled to get out of the shadow of their end zone.
  15. Another drop by Robby. Not perfect, but should have been caught.
  16. Pulled a hammy is the most likely injury. If its cold up there and he didn't warm up that kicking leg, that's probably what happened.
  17. Focus on kickoffs, even if it's squib kicks. Just go for 2-point conversions. Heck, it's not like we were going to score so many TDs today that PATs would become a factor.
  18. And Walker has? Point being, I bet Lecher has a background in soccer. Even though I haven't played in 28 years, I literally would be a better choice than Walker. It's about understanding how to kick properly. No, it's not intuitive unless you have actually played soccer. Have you seen a person that's never played soccer try to kick a ball, even one like a huge over-sized kickball? It's comical! Why? It seems so easy until you have to do it.
  19. Ah yes, pick the 'butts in seats' choice and not the logical choice. This is the same mentality that got exactly where we are today. News flash, winning puts butts in seats and losing cures nothing no matter who the 'face of the franchise' is.
  20. It's sad to hear about Gonzalez, but let the punter kick. Remember he's Australian and soccer is pretty popular over there. Chances are he's familiar with the correct kicking mechanics. Wait, did they really try PJ Walker?
  21. And they say a good defense can't carry a struggling offense. BS, that's the reason stats don't tell the entire story. While our defense is top 5 in most categories, it's not as good as it would seem just looking at defensive rankings. Our defense is mediocre and the reason they can't drag our sputtering offense across the finish line every so often for an occasional win. The Colts still gave up 300 passing to Mac Jones, but held them to 17 points. The 'bend-but-don't break' mantra really does have merit. Our defense is just the opposite, kinda like a levee--holds strong until the pressure is too great and then fails horrifically.
  22. It's looking like 3 top 10 OT prospects. If this organization flubs this no-brainer decision, it may be wraps for me. I'll just carry on my Sundays from that point forward like the NFL doesn't exist. Really, that's how much of a deal breaker this is to me right now. If there isn't a franchise QB in this year's class (and there really isn't) getting your franchise OT is the next best thing. I don't care about any other position. Don't give me some crap about DEs, WRs and certainly not CBs. Those positions can't change the fortune of a struggling franchise. A stud left tackle that keeps the QB clean can make a marginal QB look good as long as the QB takes care of the ball. The key is, dude has to stay UPRIGHT. Again, if the organization screws up this pick, I will really consider washing my hands of this incompetency once and for all.
