  1. Two years in a row tho an UDFA will make the 53. Pretty good work by Dan while also showing how bad our roster is.
  2. I believe they've basically cleaned the scouting dept and brought in Dan's guys. Obviously Dan was big here during Scott's time tho
  3. Yeah I'd really like him at nickel. Plus falcons want him back on the PS so we would screw them over
  4. I knew it was bad but seeing it broken down like that. TE1 was Ian Thomas. My gosh man
  5. Cobee Bryant just released by the Falcons. I wouldn’t hate using Mike’s spot on bringing him in
  6. I'd be so curious if he gets picked up elsewhere. Still shocked Ian did

  8. Oof. I remember a lot of people being mad we didn’t draft Simmons https://x.com/mysportsupdate/status/1960341355726614617?s=46&t=ID24LbHaAiOwVOmMGHXcTA

  10. We have all the leverage, I really hope we don’t do this. Give me a third or no deal, it’s literally that simple. We want him here and don’t need to trade him, you gotta make it worth it for us.
  11. Waived go to waivers and can be claimed, released you are free agent and can choose where to go. Think 4 years in the NFL is the cutoff
  12. Zappe would be an awesome PS guy
  13. WOW. We are gonna have to back the truck up in a few years if TMac pans out
  14. I wish you the best Frank. I don't know what goes on in that head.
  15. I think because the FO knows it's Bryce or sink this year. Build the roster up elsewhere (using these hypothetical picks we'd draft a backup QB with) so if Bryce is not the guy, we are not nearly in as bad spot as 2023. Our 2026 roster will be much better than 2023 where we could package up multiple picks to go grab Sellars or Nussmeier or Klubnik. We would not be trading up for the #1 pick next year assuming it's Manning.
  16. What are you suggesting here? The Saints should have altered their entire QB strategy around keeping Dalton as QB2? Like I don’t even follow where you’re trying to go with this. Their decision was to get a vet QB1 in Carr, you don’t keep around an $8M QB2 in those situations.
  17. Hold your horses on Plummer. I’m hopefully he’s gone tomorrow.
  18. Plus he was asked to be the starter with the Saints and went 6-8. If a backup QB gets you anywhere near .500 that’s amazing value. Using his time at the saints as a negative just shows how out of touch this argument even is.
  19. A 4th, for Jonathan Mingo? Absurd. Never would happen. Craziness.
  20. Well the one were talking about in this hypothetical did
  21. Yep, he was a thousand yard guy his rookie season with Arthur Smith who knew how to use him. I'd give up a third for him in a heartbeat - Falcons would never do it.
