  1. damn, i usually have a pretty strong stance one way or another on trades like this but not sure what to think. on one side, only giving up a 2nd seems like a steal, but on the other side you have to give a cranky 30 year old who demands the ball 30M per year.
  2. I'm with you on this one. You can't make a determination on ANYONE on offense from last year, it was just a JUCO level coaching and roster management effort. Before last year he flashed a few times but again, joke of a coaching staff (but not as bad as whatever Reich was doing). I don't expect anything elite from TMJ, but he 100% can be a Josh Reynolds type of player. Not a massive impact guy, but can get you 500-700 yards a year and help stretch the defense a bit. If he turns into someone that opposing d coordinators have to at least consider and plan for which opens up the defense a bit... catch a few long balls a year and give us 500 yards and lets call it a day.
  3. meh if he throws for 4200 yards and 33 TDs that's a AFC CG type team with their defense
  4. I think Sanders actually bounces back in this offense. 850 rush, 400 yard rec type of year. But agree gone after this season
  5. He’s without a question top 5 for sure. Top 3 for me, what he does that doesn’t show on the stat sheet is elite
  6. Nice depth piece. Anyone evero has coached in the past and wants I’m good with
  7. Honestly smart move on us for both him and Chase Young. Was interested in both but they got way more than I’d be comfortable with. Chase with his lazy play and Williams with his injury history
  8. Tremble. Out of the draft he was touted as the most violent guy on the field every play who was elite blocker and just needed time to develop as a pass catcher. If he lived up to his potential he would be kittle
  9. It makes zero sense… so of course the huddle is up in arms about why we didn’t trade for him. this year is all about finding out if Bryce is it or not, which is exactly what the Bears did this year getting weapons for Fields to see if he could be the guy. If Bryce isn’t it, we’re drafting a qb next year. If he is, we don’t need Fields here as a backup that costs us a draft pick. Either way going after Fields who is proven not to be starting caliber qb makes zero sense.
  10. Evero is seriously focusing on the run this year. I really like this, if Horn can stay healthy and we get an average guy at the other side this defense could be nasty.
  11. 2 sacks last year but only 13 total tackles lol assuming this is a depth piece that evero thinks might have boom potential in his system. whatever for a 1 year $5M
  12. Wow. That is just excellent. Holy poo
  13. Nothing I love this team so much I always have rose colored glasses and am excited. It’s a curse
  14. He’s automatically the #1 here and clearly he had issues with the coaching staff there. It was very well known. Just let things play out and give it a shot, he hasn’t even met Bryce yet just seems like a stretch to say he already knows he doesn’t wanna play with him
  15. How can you proclaim he won’t be happy playing with Bryce when he has unofficially been a panther for less than an hour?
  16. We are surprisingly setting ourselves up to take BPA minus DT which would be nice
  17. Damn. Really nice move. Get a position of need for a guy we were gonna cut anyway… okay Morgan today has been pretty solid….
  18. I wonder if that's true. Evero seems to be making the run his priority which I think gives a slight nod to Jewell. We are going to suck rushing off the edge this year, but if Horn can stay healthy the defense can be serviceable with a very stout run defense and a lockdown corner that can take the best WR out of the game. Really need to hit on a DE/OLB in FA or draft
  19. Wow. Look at his Evero year especially
