Also, same guy (Potato) over at HP said not only did Sully follow The Hornets on twitter, he also unfollowed the Celtics, lol. Looks like we just added Sullinger and traded down. I hope that isn't it. I'm really hoping we trade Al and was hoping we found a way up into that top 5 if it wasn't too pricey.

Not sure if legit, but:

FWIW, if there was any doubt, I just asked Steve Reed if he think we're done dealing and he replied, simply, "Nope." LOL. This is awesome!

I'm beginning to worry that Presti got us on the Lamb deal. Something just doesn't seem right. Bunnell broke the Lamb news almost simultaneously as the Batum deal, and yet, the Batum deal got done and reported officially by the team within a few hours of being reported. We better not have swapped picks for a guy they essentially wanted to dump for additional salary space. We are doing them a favor that happens to help us in the process... If we swapped picks, I will join the fire Cho bandwagon.
-
Wow. Cho is a fuging boss.

Yeah... Like celibate said... I'm done.

There's that irrational hate I was talking about... So who was going to take those shots, KG? Lol... The amazing ball handler, Dellevadova? Lol. JR Smith was likely the best shot creator on their team outside of LeBron once Kyrie was hurt, but he likely would've shot 15% to end the series if he took the same amount of shots. LeBron had no one else to shoot those shots. He even tried to get others involved and no one else could do anything. I know you already know all of this, but don't let me stop you from your blind hate letting.

We'll, I appreciate your honesty. I don't completely agree with your assessment of his style of play, but that you even acknowledge his greatness is a step ahead of the innumerable amount of people who just flat out hate him. That's what my issue is... I get that not everyone is going to like even the greatest player... I remember I had a friend that didn't like Jordan when I was growing up, and my uncle hated him too lol. I'm sure they didn't have a good reason, but they still acknowledged how great he was. LeBron is the first player I can remember who is universally known as the most talented/skilled player of his generation to have people flat out say he sucks but have no reason for saying so other than not liking him. To further illustrate my point, Iverson was my favorite player post-MJ, pre-Lebron. So when the sixers fell to the Lakers in the finals at the hands of Kobe and shaq, I absolutely hated Kobe to a degree that can't even be measured. He literally pissed me off... I already despised him for wesealing his way out of charlotte to start his career, so that just iced the cake... All that being said, i never would've said he sucked. In fact, I told many that he was the most clutch/best closer since MJ. I think he's a mj-wannabe bitch, a chucker, selfish, and I don't think he would've won the championships he did without shaq for the most part... But I respect his greatness.

Also, good job bringing that trophy to Dub Nation, Steph. Mission accomplished. Now, get your ass home.
-
Warriors earned AND deserved this chip. They were the best team all season. Now, I hope LeBron wins the MVP because of his efforts in the finals and because it would piss off all of his irrational haters for the rest of the offseason lol.
-
James Michael McAdoo. NBA CHAMPION.
-
If Iggy could've shot FTs worth a poo, he would be the MVP.
-
And MJ's game winner over Russell wouldn't have been legit... That's my point. Historically, the faces of the league get the benefit of the doubt on those subjective calls. LeBron didn't get that this series. I know it's pointless discussing this with you because from everything you posted, you seem to be one of those people who just hate LeBron. To each their own...
-
The other thing that irritates me though with the LeBron hate is that the Warriors could've lost and no one would bat an eye, they'd all still be regarded as great. But, despite LeBron's performance and carrying his team without Kyrie and Love, he will be lambasted for losing like no one else.
-
I'm not disagreeing... The Warriors are the better team. But my point is, LeBron is all his team has. Don't the best players historically get calls other players don't? For all his efforts, LeBron hasn't gotten that benefit this series, and it decided one game in the Warriors favor. It's just my opinion and an observation. But, if we both believe the Warriors are the better overall team (and imo, the better coached one), then I have to believe the result would've been the same regardless of how it was called. I just get frustrated with the unjustified LeBron hate I see all over fb and the like and people pulling against him, and apparently refusing to acknowledge how great he is. I also feel bad for the long suffering Cleveland fans... But, I love steph, klay, Livingston, Kerr, etc., so I'm happy for them.
-
That could just as well be a flop. What about Iggy holding LeBron anytime he backs him down? What about him reaching? Again, the difference is the subjective calls versus blatantly textbook holding, fouling, etc. A charge is different than holding someone. A ref can call a charge or a blocking foul depending on how his underwear is feeling that day, whereas a hold is a hold.
-
Lol wow... Bron's legs gave out driving. Also, Kerr is an AMAZING coach.
-
In all honesty though, I thought the NBA would call it favoring the cavs tonight and force a game 7 (hello $$$). But the cavs haven't even played well enough to allow the refs to have an effect. I think Bron is spent and his supporting cast just sucks outside of mozgov. JR Smith is the antithesis of clutch.
-
I misspoke then... I didn't mean it negated the rebounding average statistically, what I meant is that it has dramatically changed those stats. If the refs were calling half of that poo, the rebounding would be astronomically higher in favor of the cavs and that would also dramatically change the way the games have been played... Not to mention, Green probably would've been fouled out of 3 or 4 of the games. Only calls I've seen going the cavs way were occasional (i.e.,LeBron sliding up under steph and causing a steal in game 2 or 3, LeBron travels but is then hacked like crazy...). Those calls aren't detrimental to GS. Not calling blatant holding, over the back, and pulling from behind is for Cleveland. The second chance points on both ends would be a lot different if it was called. Again, I don't it misconstrued... I was gonna be happy either way with whoever won. That has just stood out to me, and the last two or three games it has just progressively gotten worse. Not to mention if Bron is considered the most talented, skilled player since MJ, he certainly isn't getting MJ type calls when he forces the action, and the officials letting that go at the end of game 2 IIRC, completely gave the game to GS. There is a difference between letting them play and just sucking at your job.
-
As a fan of Bron and steph, and most likely a bigger fan of the Warriors as a team, out of the two, I have to say Cleveland's one big advantage was rebounding coming into this series. The officiating has definitely negated that by allowing the undersized Warriors maul, clutch, and grab Cavs players on too many plays to count. I don't ever recall seeing so many non-calls in loose ball situations.

Also Montsta, I wanted to ask... Is the score keeper guy with the huge afro that looks like the creepy narrator from tales from the hood like a bay area legend? He's got to be man lol. For some reason, out of all the dubs games I've watched in recent years, I have found him like everytime.
-
I thought once the series started that I would know who I wanted to win as I explained previously, I'm a huge fan of LeBron and Steph both. Feel bad for Cleveland as a sports city and I've always viewed the Warriors as my west coast team... But man, it feels like for the first time ever, I have no fuging idea who I want to win lol. All I know is, this is going to be a great series... And man, is LeBron on a mission and are the Warriors are so explosive offensively... So fun to watch.

If we had more competent talent at WR Bersin's best case scenario would be making it as the last WR who never sees the field during the season. This is why I really hoped we would do more with the position. I suppose as long as we lose Cotchery OR Bersin by the time the season starts, I can live with it though... I was happy for BB making the team and all last season with his story, and he seems like a great guy, but he isn't very good. Also, as far as RB, I'm pretty sure I said it when we signed him, but Todman will absolutely make this team, and I could see him surpassing Fozzy when all is said and done. It's kind of been a running joke here on the huddle, where anytime we would sign someone at RB, multiple people would say, "I think we've found our Darren Sproles." Fozzy has been the closest to it, but I'm telling you, I think Todman is the real deal in regards to being thscat-back we've been looking for.
