I wanted to go young new OC... but the more and more I think about it, the more I'm into this hire! I think it was a safe and smart move by Tepper. I can totally see why he wanted more experience from our HC after Rhule (and wanted to go offensive), so this hire makes a lot of sense. And we don't to give up any draft picks for Payton. And the fact that he was our first QB in franchise history, full circle moment for the Panthers. This could be a nice situation. Now let's go draft CJ Stroud and here we go!!!

I was looking at this game as lose-lose, but today I've shifted...it's a win-win... A) Tom loses and his mickey mouse tenure in Tampa is over and division rival Bucs lose in Wild Card round B) Dallas early exit once again, who doesn't love that? And Bucs draft pick gets worse on their inevitable way out of the playoffs in the coming weeks I'm finding myself cheering for the Cowgirls though not going to lie... how sickening...

Surprised only 1 vote for Kafka…he had the Giants offense cooking yesterday. Him, Daboll and company have completely turned around Charlotte’s own and close to bust Danny Dimes and he worked with Mahomes in KC for a few years. Seems like he could be a solid hire. I’d put him up there close to Johnson and Steichen as those up-and-coming offensive-minded coaches.

Should've never traded CMC. Anyone saying it was a win trade for the Panthers is either clueless or a homer (or both)... Just imagine what an incoming offensive minded head coach could do with CMC here... Are we gonna even resign D'Onta? Or try and fill that void via free agency or the draft? I mean there are some names in FA but we'll never be able to find another CMC.
