  1. Literally the entire offense can be gotten rid of except Moore, Moton and CMC. Think about that lol.
  2. Thing about Robbie is he isn’t going after poo, unless the ball hits perfectly him between the eyes, it’s not happening. 18m for that is a bit expensive imo.
  3. Oh you know probably more posts that everyone is just being reactionary doom and gloomers and 3-3 isn’t that bad…you know the same thing they said since 1-3 while everyone else saw the beginning of the imminent, on par, on time, classic beginning of Panthers meltdown we have trademarked for the past 4 years after the first quarter of the schedule.
  4. You guys think you’re smarter than Brady? And the announcers? And other fans? And the eye test?
  5. This calling is garbage yet again. Who’s up next. In case the Panthers are reading, I am available Sundays. Except holidays but I can be flexible.
  6. Yep. Jets ruined him. Panthers reaffirmed it. Well here is hoping we can attract a vet QB next year with a trash oline. Or make a blockbuster trade in a poo qb class…tho at this rate we may have a top pick.
  7. I don’t use Twitter and I don’t. Sexual harassment, sexist behaviors and racial slurs…paid massive settlements to keep quiet. Pretty clear cut if you can handle using your own brain.
  8. Actually it’s tax payers and PSL owners but keep thinking that. JR is a racist, sexist piece of poo.
  9. Surely someone so passionate has found some way to take action and make a difference, not just bitch about it…I’d like to hear more about those endeavors.
  10. Does it matter? It’s coming from all directions.
  11. I can agree with some of this. Not all of it. Though I disagree and believe he should be fired and held accountable. That’s important. What’s just as important is the message and the consistency. There are a lot of players still playing whose actions, not words, are more concerning to me than emails. But the NFL isn’t consistent and doesn’t really have a message. Then there is this: Now we can debate the standards of players vs coaches vs performers but by doing so the message also needs to be clarified. Because the message wanting to be sent is contradictory in these regards. Where is the explanation why the standards are different and why the behavior is acceptable for other people, and why specifically does this constitute whether the message is no longer applicable or is relevant? Because clearly, it does. Seems to me if you have a message to send and are not consistent…what’s the point?
  12. What makes you think he couldn’t? Like I said Edelman was a qb. Cmc can’t do it but Edel could from being a qb? Being a qb is less the same as a slot WR than an all purpose HB. Doubtful he’d fail. Are you saying Edel had more potential? I’d argue cmc is more talented in general. I see nothing that suggest he would not dominate there as a much as Edel and then some. But I can see an argument Edel had the best qb to have play. And he always had a great oline. But this was a question to those who don’t like the contract. Stating he’s too valuable to make that move while stating he’s overpaid really makes no sense. If HBs are a dime a dozen then just put someone else back there, I think it’s silly to not explore this option with cmcs talent and to waste it without exploring that idea before he ends up with an injury that will derail his career.
  13. anyone agree cmc would still not be worth it as an elite slot receiver? has anything he’s ever done suggest he would not be able to do so? if you answer no, the problem isn’t the contract cmc would be Edelman x3…Edelman transitioned to slot wr from qb lol
  14. The answer is quite simple, have him do a little of both, equally. And get a another legitimate starting RB to be able choose. I honestly don’t understand why this hasn’t been done already, having CMC running routes, or really even gamplanned. It should be…like 2 years ago. It’s like refusing to get another goal line threat when you have Cam. It’s fuging stupid, incredibly lazy and shortens their shelf life.
  15. CMCs money is not an issue, it’s using him correctly, having a competent compliment, and building an oline that makes it not worth it. If those were not in the plans he never should’ve been resigned. If he was going to run up the middle behind traffic cones instead of in the slot or around the edges it was wasted money. All you have to do is look at the flaccid offense without him to see he’s worth it. The first thing this team should’ve done after singing him is start slowly developing cmc and game plans with him more as a receiving threat. He is a generational talent, this is not even close to being beyond him or his ability. The second thing is get someone competent to help carry the load and take hits aka Tolbert. Hasn’t been done, or used, for four years now despite BS coach speak. If you had no complement, or at least one wouldn’t be used, so you wear cmc down with an absurd amount of carries, again a waste of money. As an offense I’d rather roll with Moore and CMC than Moore and Anderson. What’s the difference? All money towards the cap. So I do agree using him as a traditional back and excuse to be fuging lazy calling plays and not using him creatively was a complete waste.
  16. Was one of the very few teams in history (like 4) with a below average ranked oline to make it to the super bowl. However two things should be noted, first, that was during the season, post season they really stepped up and somehow miraculously became a formable line. Also E Manning went super sayan on the NFL, and enjoyably the undefeated Patriots.
  17. Robby should catch the ball for 17m a year if he wants to ‘help the team win’, not throw temper tantrums.
  18. Balls, I missed the thread. Too much work. Obviously going to have to quit.
  19. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.charlotteobserver.com/sports/nfl/carolina-panthers/article254942717.html There is only one solution. Burn it. Burn it all.
  20. Fact: multiple guards taken in the 5 round and below the past two years are preforming above average in the NFL right now. Due diligence and competence. This is a failure many huddler knew long beforehand, so either 1. Huddlers are smarter (doubtful) or 2. Rhule blatantly ignored the position most likely due to a lack of diligence and fixation on the defense I’ll give him more time but if he trots our trash next year, after 3 drafts of failure addressing the only thing besides a top defense super bowl contenders have in common, I will consider him unable to fix it and if Tepper wants to keep him he needs to hire help. Also worth noting is Sam doesn’t work out, you’re not attracting any worthwhile QB to play here, and rightfully so. Cam TB and possibly Sam will be injured by the incompetence. I don’t blame Stafford.
  21. This is pretty normal and on que per our annual implosion and losing streak. Carry on.
  22. But what about the draft? Onwenu has been looking really good in NE (granted not full time snaps) and he was had for a 6th rounder in 2020. Or start Brown in rotation? Onwenu has the same build as Brown and also a 6th rounder. We took Robinson instead and some CB later. Telling me we couldn’t have made that work? Just one example. It’s really not about what’s available because help can be found, it’s about due diligence and competence. I feel they were just dead set on defense.
