I don't think it's necessarily a good trade for the 49ers, but I'm not super confident in Fitterer and company using those picks. Maybe he asked for a trade, but we just traded a bigger difference maker than we will likely get with any of those picks.

So Fitterer guts our draft by trading for a bunch of duds. Then he trades our best player to try and get those picks back. What a great GM.

Just play Taysom Hill at this point. Dalton started out good but those turnovers are horrible.

Eason has played more than half a quarter in the NFL. Sam is awful, but he's probably better than Eason. I never (and will never) made an argument for PJ.

Sam sucks but Eason is not good. If you've seen him play, you know who he is. Neither of them are the future.

I'd wouldn't mind seeing us sign Mike Gesicki if the price is reasonable.

A good TE would be a huge help to a young QB. We don't even have an average one on the roster.

That's just not true. He rates excellent in coverage and is playing at an elite level. A lot of people were wrong about him, and I don't think there's any way around that. Same thing happened with Justin Herbert. Lots of people, myself included, didn't see what was so special before the draft. But when the lights come on and the game starts, all bets are off. If there was a hypothetical redraft, Parsons would go higher than he did.

The Broncos are so bad. Russell Wilson has been awful but Hackett has looked incredibly bad as well.

No the cap is a myth, remember? That's why Sean Payton left the team and it says 54 million in red there.

Honestly the line about Wilks having to do an "incredible job" to even be considered is pretty bad. We all know the writing on the wall here, but Tepper really shouldn't have come out and said that.
