I got lucky and my surgery was totally elective as it wasnt that bad yet. But if I had waited it probably would have been like yours with a 3 month recovery. Knee surgery fuging blows and its still not 100% as if I twist it a certain way it def feels like bone on bone or something

of all of the 3 major parts of the knee, acl, mcl and meniscus, as I understand it the meniscus is the easiest to come back from. I had mine shaved about 10 years ago and was back to normal in a month. Granted it wasnt torn completely just partially and I was 210lbs.
