    But will Slowik scheme work with Bryce? Main thing I would be thinking as a potential offensive HC is will I be able to make an offense to get the most out of Bryce? Reich failed to adjust his offense, stubbornly. Bryce run offense is gonna be something completely different compared to a Stroud led offense.

    I think Reich would have been a better coach if he had a player to fit his scheme. Reich's scheme obviously works with a QB that is more prototypical, which Stroud is. Reich just wasn't willing to make an offense to suit Bryce and got fired for it.

    Yes. Say we still had the same record but we had a first round pick. No one would be that upset. Also I am way more hopeful about 2024s crop of QBs than 2023s which was, even before the draft, seen as a mediocre at best draft. Essentially we chose the worst year to trade up.

    Agree. But I genuine believe these guys are so down the hate hole that if Bryce turns into anything decent they will never give him credit or like him. Pretty much a Cam-like situation has formed where Bryce will be hated by a certain subset of people no matter what.
