Started slow? They won 7 freaking games in a row in Rhules 3rd year and then lost against ranked teams a per usual.

Watched the press conference and it seemed like Rhule was very selective about what he said. He was asked a few times about his job security and he kept deflecting saying that he didn’t want to make it about him. He wanted to concentrate on the players. Unlike the last few times he said that he was still the Panthers Head coach. Seem like words from a guy who knows either A)He is on very, very thin ice or B)He knows he coached his last game.

Saw this I hope it is true. I always said it would be at the bye. But if it is sooner I am all for it.

I think it is pretty plain what I am talking about. 49ers is a mediocre offense. Our defense sucks and against a top 10 offense would get the crap beaten out of them. But you keep think that our defense is really good.

How does one play if his job is on the line. You are taking a chance where you are being risky or safe. How the current game is being played doesn't mean Rhule's job is on the line.

Also the time change is a pig problem. It is fine for a few games every once in a while but 17 games? I would feel sorry for any team that was in London’s division.

Yet according to John Ellis is the latest Roar podcast we are big babies for complaining about getting to the playoffs as a 7th seed because it is the playoffs and we made it. (If it was my for the 7th seed we wouldn’t of made it.) I get what he is saying that none of these players except CMC have played on a playoff game and anything can happen but I don’t think 7th seed will ever make the Super Bowl. 7th seed was a mistake.

I think what will alway bother me about that Super Bowl wasn’t that we lost but how we lost. To an offense that only scored 10 points and the only reason the Broncos offense scored was because it was in the 1 yard line. All 17 remaining points were by the Broncos defense. Which is how they had been winning games all season. Final score would have been 10-3 if the game had of been clean. What could of been.

So very true. In the NFL you can have a team with almost no talent make the Super Bowl. Like the Cardinals in ‘08. They had some talent in key positions but they had not job getting to the Super Bowl ever.
