    I will give Morgan and Canales credit. They are getting rid of all the distractions and rats. Hope this is a sign Tepper will butt out. Canales doesn’t seem like the type of coach to be pushed around by the owner. Like Reich was.

    It does seem, with Campen now out, that Canales is being going to be able to build his own staff. For better or worse letting a coach pick his staff is always the way to go. Now what we did with Reich last year.

    Weren’t fans calling for his firing after 2 seasons and then in 2013 when he started 1-3. We weren’t really patient. We just had to be because Richardson wouldn’t fire him. We were forced to be patient.

    Well he wasn’t fired and is still the assistant GM. So I would say it is normal when the Panthers have no GM.
