  1. That’s the market. I’m always going to be in the camp for the players to make as much as they can cause they have a short shelf life
  2. I don't think CJ was a mistake, just a slight overpay. He is our third best DE of all time
  3. BB and his agent know they have the Panthers by the brass balls that supposedly sit on Tepper's desk and I am not mad at he and his representation for 1 minute Burns is getting 1 mega deal, maybe a second, but that's his window to earn all he can for he, his family and future. His agent has to keep a reputation for his/her self of client representation, there's no "hometown discounts" for a guy in his prime at a valuable position When the Panthers turned down the haul they had offered, Burns and Co. knew they won the game, it was not a matter of if, just a matter of when. They also know the franchise spent a lot of draft capital for a rookie QB so the most expensive position in football doesn't have to get paid for 5 more seasons. While I DO NOT think Burns is worth the amount of money he will be getting, I understand the market need for DEs, the leverage he has and quite honestly if you remove your homer badge anyone of us with a pulse would do the same Get that money Burns Get a double digit sack season
  4. We’re going to run into a Peppers / Gross situation with him and Brown
  5. We're on to Cincinnati.... let it go boys
  6. His non football yoga Pilates friend will fill in the gap
  7. I don’t believe he’s earned that kind of money personally but it is what it is when you turn down the Rams offer, then you signaled you’ll be paying while grabbing your ankles
  8. When you turned down the Rams offer, that basically que’d you his agent to send Fitterer a bottle of KY
  9. The Panthers need to go ahead and give him slightly more than TJ Watt as Bosa is going to come in and smash that contract
  10. Heading into his 9th season, he restructured his deal to remain a Carolina Panther, loyalty is not in style much these days in the world Came out of the draft as a TD 2.0, played Safety, RB and converted to a TE, a remarkable athlete and overall great ambassador of the organization in the community While he was never Luke, TD, Beason, Morgan, he does follow the steps of great Panther LBs and I thought taking a moment to recognize the team's elder statesman was in order!
  11. Saints are the most complete team they also have a very aging roster
  12. This man was had a behind the scenes John Madden sized impact on the game
  13. To his defense he should have not been a LT in the NFL https://www.orlandosentinel.com/2015/04/30/cleveland-browns-draft-fsu-ol-cam-erving-with-19th-overall-pick/
  14. This is why high school is mandatory
  15. Hardy for all intent purposes wasn’t showing much when our look at his stats then boom he puts it together and explodes Hardy 6’5 265lbs YGM 6’5 265lbs Although Hardy flashed in year 3, I’m willing to give YGM pass under the Rhule Reign With the right scheme, having Tuttle eat up blockers, I think YGM is primed for a ‘out of nowhere’ kind of year
  16. Went from Morbid Obesity if 400lbs to black belt martial arts and is a Panthers fan and a @RoaringRiot member seems like an awesome lady
  17. I told everyone not to panic, that it's preseason... Everyone was up in arms, so ridiculous
  18. he put some ole english on that football... I love it Great placement
  19. What I will give Young is he has to be one of the wisest QBs at his age. So young and already hitting check downs... he is going to be so damn smart when he's a vet
