What was the deal like? Was it cheap? I mean I know very few like him but we have to have someone there on the team and everybody cant a Greg Olsen in his prime. I can't stand Rhule but maybe he was signed as a depth piece? He has at least proven he can be a depth piece. Definitely not starting material of course but would be okay depth is we had another second coming of Greg Olsen.

Deshaun "Happy Ending" Watson is not the kind of leader the team needs and with his huge ransom we would have to pay to get him I personally wouldn't want either way so good riddance if he doesn't want to come here.

Well if you are here to laugh at blunders and failures I have a feeling 2022 season will offer many with our fearless leader at the helm.

I just read this article and it looks like Kim Harbaugh could easily be pulled from Michigan for a small bounty paid. Did he do this on purpose? Sure sounds like he really wants another crack at the NFL. I think most of us realize Rhule is not cut out to coach in the NFL so those of us who believe this are assuming he will flame out again this next season and further put us in the wrong direction. With those of us in that mindset do you all think Harbaugh could be convinced to leave Michigan for the Panthers? After Rhule screws up yet another season I'm hopeful Tepper will be open to firing his ass and interviewing a guy like Harbaugh who at one time looked like a very solid up and coming coach. I don't want our team to further go down the toilet but let's not kid ourselves by history alone as well as Rhule's propensity to make excuses and throw others under the bus but I don't have much faith in him at all this season. I do. It may take a couple years but they will be contenders again very soon. Burrow and Chase are no joke along with some other WR's they have and Mixon as the RB as well. If they actually have the ability to put together a good offensive line they will be nasty on offense. Chase who looked amazing already as a rookie will only get better each year if he stays healthy by the way. They have finally started building a real world good team. If their coaching staff is better than ours (shouldn't be very hard) they will probably actually be able to field and develop a decent offensive line. If their line was even "pretty decent" I think they would have won the super bowl this year. Oh and if Eli Apple hadn't fallen asleep on defense that might have helped too but bottom line is they will be very competitive and willing to bet be playing in the super bowl again within a few years if they continue with good coaching that our head coach could only dream of.

He had blonde hair, was about as light colored as a ghost, played WR and somehow stuck on the roster as a bubble player for a handful of years would explain the hatred around here from most of what I saw over the years in all honesty. I'm sure Cooper Kupp experienced some of that same crap till he showed he was no joke at all. Bersin was no Cooper Kupp let's face it but dude must have been some form of an athlete to stick on an NFL roster a few years. I'm not supposed to talk about all that I'm sure though but let's state the obvious if you truly want to know why Bersin got so much blah around here or we can use the excuse that he was Jerry Richardson's second cousins aunts uncles sisters kid if we like. It was the position he played and the color of his skin plain and simple. No sense in hiding the elephant in the room and deep down most know that I am about 90% correct in all I said no matter what they will admit on here. I remember people laughing at Pat Jeffers the same way when he came around until he proved he was pretty damn good before he tore his knee up and was never the same. Heck, I think I even laughed at Jeffers and Bersin for all the same reasons but at least I can admit it.

I don't think as far as the Rams just went because our coach is nowhere near as close to the caliber of coach that Mcvay is. Just my opinion though but I believe good ole' coach Rhule would find a way to hold us back with hall of famers all across the roster.

Man I'm still baffled as hell by this one. Jansen seems like a good player and super reliable etc but what on earth did we waste the draft pick on the other guy for then? This is just one of MANY weird foolish and goofy moves by Rhule that tells me he should not be allowed to have the power he does with our team. I can see it and so many others but why in the world can't Tepper see it? As ridiculous as it sounds I swear I could probably coach and run this team at very minimum just as good as Rhule and it should not be that way. For his salary he should be worlds above me or most others but I guarantee you there are guys as assistants who I would put money on could run this team much better. Hell I bet Luke K. could come coach us on game days and practices and give the personal control to Fit and I bet that combo could easily produce more wins and more success year after year than Matt Rhule ever will be able to. He was awesome and had so much fire. Steve Smith loved him for whatever reason and didn't seem like he loved anyone. He will always be one of my favorite Panthers along with guys like Cam, Smitty, and Peppers.
