  1. Most of my gut feelings are IBS. Wondering if Hurney's have been the same considering that most of them resulted in poo.
  2. I don't want to put words in anyone's mouth, but I'm fairly certain I've heard Sheena and ellis mention Tepper's involvement with finding a QB. Total agreement here that Teddy wasn't the guy, but I think that holding tight on him for one more season would have this team in a better position to improve. Similar record but with resources to rebuild still.
  3. A few different folks that cover the team have mentioned that Tepper is directly involved with the search for a QB. His comments about needing a great GM, HC, and QB are commonly referenced in regards to it along with his comments about where he made it clear he didn't want Teddy. I was listening to a podcast recently (I think it might have been ellis') where it was covered again? I'll have to try and remember who it was that was mentioning it. Maybe Sheena Quick?
  4. Words cannot describe the hurt that I felt when I realized we wouldn't be getting him.
  5. To be fair, I'd take Phil Snow over Greg Williams too. fug him.
  6. Tepper is the reason that the staff felt the need to move on from Teddy asap rather than allow the rebuild to take place. To be fair, he was interested in Fields but that meddling resulted in his shitty staff pulling the trigger on Darnold over the rookies to try and compete now (might have been communicated that that was the expectation? idk). Would have much rather the team sacrificed Bridgewater behind this awful OL so that he could be cut after the season and the team retain all of the resources lost. That would have allowed the flexibility to draft Fields or Jones rather than pass due to everything invested in rushing to replace Teddy with Sam.
  7. ngl he was somebody that I thought we would for sure target as a UDFA due to the Penn State ties and need at the position Might be looking at a Christensen-Jordan-Erving-Miller-Moton line
  8. I KNOW SOMEBODY THAT PLAYS CENTER
  9. Yea, I think Muma goes in the late 3rd but if he slips to the 4th omg pls run that selection up.
  10. Only if he stops injecting himself into conversations about the QB position. Missing $20M + a 6th from this season along with a 2nd, 4th, and $19M from next season all so that Tepper could be appeased. We could've been sitting here freeing up $21M in cap space with Fields or Jones starting after sacrificing Teddy behind this year's OL. But we have an owner that thinks like a Huddler. Now look at us: behind schedule and in even greater disarray than before. You hate to see it.
  11. I vote that any time the team is under .500 that the bot be banned
  12. Tremble's block on that 33yd Cam run was perdy
  13. Does anyone know where the Panthers can currently pick at the highest vs. lowest yet? After this week, we likely will be mathematically eliminated from the #1 overall pick. I don't expect the Jags, Texans, nor Jets to really turn things around either. #5 seems to be the goal if trying to look on the bright side of another ass beating.
  14. They played Becton at LT. Moses is their RT and is on a one year deal. Now if they resign him and the Panthers think that Moton can line up at LT...
  15. I don't see Evan Neal getting passed the Jets if they don't retain Morgan Moses. Between Pickett, Willis, Linderbaum, Ekwonu, and Cross we are bound to see an impact player in the first though.
  16. Can I dream that Sam Tecklenburg is so bad that a team offers us a 7th for Pat Elflein?
  17. Between Pickett, Willis, Cross, Linderbaum, Neal, Ekwonu, and Hamilton the team has the potential to at least make this first round selection count. Big fan of the top 3 DEs as well, but hopefully they get taken before Carolina picks so that it ensures they take OL or QB. I wouldn't be mad at Hamilton, tho it would be the least efficient use of the pick imo.
  18. That Buchanon run was incredible. Missouri kicker probably feeling dumb af for the salute now lmao The more I see Charles Cross, the more excited that I am that between him, Linderbaum, and Ekwonu that the team is bound to get an effective starter on the OL if they go that route in the first.
  19. Refreshing the page usually gets rid of them for me.
  20. 100% agree on TE2 being a need, but I'm admittedly not up to speed on this current class. There is a definite need for pass rusher depth as well. Reddick and Haynes are both gone, and Fox can clear up $4M in cap space if somebody trades for him. There are some REALLY good pass rushers in this draft too. OL being as strong as it is this coming draft means we need to at least get a starter + depth that develop into a starter. A 3rd would be great to pick up if Fitterer goes bat poo with day 3 selections again.
