  1. He was never expected to be ready for the start of the season.
  2. I wonder if you can trade a player for nothing. Like we "will give you Sanders".
  3. Odd signing. Good chance he doesn't make the team but they are being really careful about the position
  4. They split qb snaps and he's the #2 qb on his team production wise. https://pfnewsroom.com/column/how-the-birmingham-stallions-2-qb-ufl-system-is-working/
  5. There are 8 teams. Corall is : 9th in yds 9th in TDs 11th in attempts They are limiting him as much as possible and relying on their 3 top runners
  6. I think the meddling thing is overblown and copium. Folks need a boogie man to throw all blame on. Owners are going to be prominent in draft rooms. Clark Hunt
  7. Kind of odd. He was already GM of the 49ers and just going in to his second season when the sale was unfolding.
  8. Neither have won anything
  9. Like every other rookie. Do you have a point other than grasping for negatives?
  10. That term doesn't mean what you think it does apparently.
  11. In 1980 the linebackers were 220lbs - 230lbs and the defensive tackles were 260-270. Riggins would get dropped quickly
  12. Given how many a proponents of tanking we have I would assume the same would be in favor of riding Young the whole way. He's either playing well or bad enough to get a high pick. No?
  13. I'm always for drafting offensive lineman so yes a little disappointed here.
  14. The Huddle is back! give it enough time and itd always the same handful moaning all day everyday like they are getting paid for it
  15. Non of that is relevant to my point though. I'm not saying he's worth being traded for based on his year on the Panthers. I'm suggesting that he may be more like his career average and a contender might need vet rotational piece and some deal could be made that's any tiny bit better than just dumping him.
  16. Yes and Gilmore and Clowney . What's the point?
  17. Exactly. Look at this poo https://www.si.com/nfl/lions/news/lions-2023-nfl-draft-grades
  18. Sanders was a 5 yds per carry career guy over 4 seasons until he came to this dumpster fire of coaching and OL injuries. It's not insane to think he could be more productive in a new system behind a bolstered interior line. Cutting him helps nothing. The very best scenario is to give him the ball and if he looks good hope for a mid season trade for something while Brooks gets back to 100%. Such as a serious contender responding to injuries needing vet help. (Chiefs, etc)
  19. The inside depth chart needs a lot help than outside is a better way to say I suppose
  20. True but variety of types is valid and the coach (especially one of his background) selecting deliberately is understandable.
