I said months ago it would be Walker, Graham, or McMillan. OK with it. I do like how nobody had a clue. Walker was a smokescreen but not for the person that seem to have been leaking it would be. Double smoke screen. "People around the leage" had no idea what they were talking about. -

On a side note in 2022 with Evero the Broncos first pick was a 2nd round LB that's the same size as Walker. He had 13.5 sacks as a 3-4 OLB last year and was an All Pro. Nik Bonitto

Evero had 3 rookies who started last year. One was a UDFA. The others mid and late round picks. I never got the impression Kaye pays particularly close attention to the team based on things he says

I don't get the smokescreen. There is no reason for a smokescreen to take Williams at 8. It doesn't add up. I would buy that the team is attempting to downplay our interest in Walker with fake leaks about Williams. Why would any internal source be providing info to outsiders? Are they as stupid as the sec of defense?

Getting Dowdle and returning Blackshear makes RB need extremely low. Most of tbise are mid to late rounders so it's not round 1 only

Jeanty is getting criticized for a pedestrian game against Penn State. Duke did that to Hampton. I can fully understand preferring to take Hampton later but I dint get criticizing Jeanty.

He's 6 lbs lighter than Hampton but also almost 3 inches shorter so the same comparable build. Dude is just being a homer because the logic he's using isn't there.

Im not saying its Walker for sure but theres been zero evidence whatsoever presented to say its Williams. They don't need a smokescreen and haven't met with him.
