We know that won't happen due to his ego...when the coach is told hes tethered to Brycie with no recourse and he bolts...only later to be said he didn't interview well... Think its reasonable to say thats how we got DC....

The one good part, Dipper is willing to throw big money at coaches. The bad part is once a decent coach meets his egotistical megalomaniac azz they just say oh hell no. They tell him the truth of what it is and then he labels them as a poor candidate. And lets be honest, DM hasn't done him any favors.
