  1. Parker basically had one season (2019 - 1202 yards and 9 TDs) out of 7 where he was the NFL WR I thought he was going to be coming out of college.
  2. At least the JR era had sporadic success. Some may not realize it, but the the Tepper era in terms of the W-L percentage is statistically the worst stretch of football in Panthers' history. Worse than Seifert.
  3. If you want a LT, fine. But don't let it delude you into thinking a shiny new LT might make Darnold salvageable. Were you watching him? Most of his worst decisions come when he actually has the time to survey the field.
  4. Mac Jones is what he looked like he was - a very polished but physically limited QB prospect. He's basically Jared Goff.
  5. Very well could happen. BOA will definitely be hosting some home games for opposing teams. So basically business as usual for the Tepper era so far.
  6. There's gonna be trades. I can't see us sitting on our hands as 101 picks get made before we're back on the clock again. If had to make a bet I don't think we ultimately make the selection at #6 overall. We'll trade down for more picks. Rhule is the big wild card. He's gonna be pounding the table for Pickett. Tepper is either gonna have to be willing to tell him to pound sand or the crew is gonna have to convince him he's not worth the #6 overall pick.
  7. Honestly, I kinda think the modern NFL offense tips the scales more toward physical ability and a little bit away from the mental side. Not that the mental side isn't vital (Sam Darnold being Exhibit 1A), but today's spread formations with more options available makes the defenses tip their hand a bit more than in the past and creates more obvious mismatches. Just my opinion. I can see it either way.
  8. Honestly, I think Willis has a significant physical advantage over PJ in every category. I think he's significantly faster, significantly stronger, and has a significant better arm. I mean, if we're talking about comparing the two. Hence why Willis is considered a 1st round prospect while PJ wasn't even a priority UDFA.
  9. PFF is very useful for statistical aggregation. Their grades are... eh... a very mixed bag.
  10. I honestly have no idea what you're talking about.
  11. Hey, based on our last two elections that makes you imminently qualified to be POTUS.
  12. I mean... Yeah. That video is pretty much spot on. Rhule and Darnold are both individually insurmountable issues. Together I'm kinda shocked in retrospect that we actually won a handful of games last year.
  13. Yeah, that's my concern. I figured he'd give it another year with Brady coming back. I hope he's alright.
  14. That's my point. As long as he has final say over the roster I don't think the scouting department really matters all that much. Dumbass gonna dumbass.
  15. I think he does. I've seen nothing that indicates he doesn't have final say. Wait until Pickett is a Panther.
  16. As long as Rhule has final say does it really matter?
  17. I don't disagree with him, but this is the same dude that is STILL stumping for Sam Darnold.
  18. Mobile doesn't just equal rushing yardage. Guys like Mahomes, Allen, Wilson, Burrow, Rodgers, etc. do a lot of damage throwing on the move.
  19. Yeah, I'm not saying that Willis is a surefire bust but I think our situation would be a very bad one for him. Hell, I think it's a bad one for ANY rookie.
  20. Looked 4.5ish to me. I saw a fast QB. When a guy with sub-4.4 speed takes off it's eye popping. I didn't see anything close to eye popping speed.d
  21. The guys at Auburn were far from Dwayne Haskins though.
