  1. And sitting around lamenting on it changes things how? The situation with take care of itself. Either he will or he won't. End of story. Now can we focus on the rest of the team? You know they are just as important right? We've spent the last 8 seasons worrying about just the qb position while the rest of the team dried up and went to crap. How did that work out? How about we try to fix what we can and let the rest work it's way to the forefront to be addressed next offseason. This team is not winning much this season unless Canales and his crew turn out to be the next McVay or something.
  2. I really do not care so much about what Bryce does or doesn't do in the offseason. I'm more focused on what the team as a whole does or doesn't do. Bryce is only one part of it and if he doesn't improve his game then he will not be starting. What's more important to me is what these coaches are able to do with the rest of the roster they are assembling. That's going to decide the future this group more so than one player.
  3. I tend to agree. There's just too many issues to address in one offseason to expect anything better than that.
  4. Water is wet. If one were paying attention with their eyes and not their feels then they would see that.
  5. It's a conspiracy to convince you the sky is falling I tell ya. The next the you know dogs and cats will be fornicating with each other.
  6. This^. Mock Drafts are meaningless for predicting how the draft will fall. It's just a way to waste your time and ro play into the media hype machine. Get the list of top 5 players at each position coming out and hope your team gets as many of those players as they can. That's all you need to worry about.
  7. What doesn't get addressed this offseason will be addressed the next. Patience Padawan.
  8. I'm of the opinion that Fitterer was the one doing all of the manipulating last offseason.
  9. I'll believe it when I see it. The hype is getting out of hand.
  10. Teams were well aware of DB then and thet figured out early on who they had to make damn sure to block.
  11. Then you weren't paying attention. If there was anyone on the defense being game planned around it was DB.
  12. Turnaround? Brown was always a monster. He never got credit from some fans because he didn't get a lot of sacks. He's been working alone on the dline ever since he got here. He's always been good.
  13. They only need to be under the cap at the start of the new league year if I'm not mistaken. Players will be cut and replaced until the 3rd game of the season. No need to worry about it right now or really anytime IMO. I never worry about the cap other than who it's tied up on.
  14. On the flipside there hasn't been any reason to think positively about him either. He's got to prove himself as a headcoach before you can form an opinion one way or the other. Currently I'm neutral on him and his staff. I will form an opinion around the end of this season.
  15. Well I think you can say TMJ is not working out here. You can call it bust or whatever but the fact remains that he's had plenty enough time to show more than what he has so far. If a wr cannot stand out among his peers in the receiver room on this team in the time he's been here I would say he's not going to cut it in this league.
  16. Just speculating here but it could be that those 2 have had 1 rookie season to adjust and try to perform while TMJ has had 3. Big difference when trying to form an opinion.
  17. If you believe Bucky Brooks and his fellow "experts" there isn't a lot of true 1st round talent in this draft. He claims that there isn't a difference in talent level from 25 to 50 in their projections. I heard him say that yesterday morning during a segment on nfl network with a couple of other draftniks giving their assessments. If true its less likely a true "1st round" talent will fall to use unless a few teams reach on some players.
