What adjustments? Our philosophy has always been we run what we run and it's up to the opposing teams to stop it. If they then oh well, "it is what it is". "Missed opportunities" was why we lost.
-
Darnold also sucks at football so it would be hilarious if he uttered those words.
-
I think they did find TMJ's replacement in Shenault. It's not a big deal to me but they would be going into the season with only DJ and a bunch of jags at wr knowing the playbook. Kinda risky at this point but whatever.
-
He sure didn't do Corral any favors by hyping him up. Who will be his next great qb hope? Whoever it is we should stay far away from.
-
I agree it doesn't make sense. One of them? OK, I can see that. Both however is just crazy unless you flip them both for Kupp or something crazy like that.
-
Wouldn't that make us thin at wr if they trade both? Who are the starters after the hypocritical trades?
-
Gotta get one somewhere.
-
That excites fans but it means nothing if the guy is a jag. Win something then he can talk trash.
-
None if it matters as long as they produce. It becomes ridiculous bullshit if they don't.
-
No issue if he backs up his talk. Especially since he says "he's" going to be the one to fug them up. Kinda puts himself out there to deliver a monumental performance all by himself don't you think?
-
The players are more motivated when the qb is a baller. That's all that matters. He could be a mute if he can deliver. Deliver first then you earn the right to talk junk. The smack talk only excites the fans.
-
So far his play doesn't afford him the right to be talking crap to anyone. Go win something first and then run your mouth Baker.
-
Like is said, if he doesn't back it up the locker room will not buy into his bravado because it is all bark and no bite. Talking sh!t loses its meaning if it is not backed up by action.
-
Don't care. Move one of them and call it a day. I would rather have the bearded CFL guy the Jets just cut as a backup anyway.

Panthers trade Dennis Daley to Titans

Talk about a used car salesman. That is some a1 dealing right there. -
He made some really tough catches and definitely wasn't afraid of contact.

That would be amazing if true. -
Panthers trade for wide receiver Laviska Shenault

Yeah I just don't see that in him but I sure hope McAdoo makes this worth the time and effort. This kid plays more like a TE to me. He better hit the jugs machine if he wants to stay here because we already have a hybrid that can't catch. -
Sometimes it's better to cut bait with a player if they are not showing enough potential to catch on right away. It seems they didn't want to invest anymore time in trying to develop him. It could possibly be Corralls fate next season if he isn't showing enough potential to continue to invest in. It happens.
-
I thought the kid played pretty well when he got a chance. Hope he makes it to our practice squad.
-
We just happen to have a surplus. Hmmm.

I was going to say his career has been more like this Deebo. Thinking Deebo Samuel is too much for me believe. If that were a remote possibility the Jags would have kept him. It's really ridiculous to think that's even possible. -
All I can say is that he better light it up or he's going to look really dumb now.
