Pretty much. They approached every season since Tepper took over as if they were just a couple of players away from being a dynasty. Not to mention Tepper is trying his best to out stupid Jerry Jones with team building.

That's because he went bpa in the first. After that it was his gut feelings.

As long as Tepper continues to run the football decisions you get nothing.

If you think the team is somehow increasing his trade value by not playing him after what has transpired after the Raiders game you do not know how this works. If the Panthers won't attempt to start him after the way Andy's been playing then that says all any prospective suitors need to know. The Panthers will cut him as soon as it is financially feasible to do so because Young has 0 trade value. End of story.

They are not on the team yet.

This team is not winning another game this season and you can take that to the bank.

You can forget getting anything for him. Just assume that is not going to happen and plan accordingly.

That qb would depend on the contract details. But I could be convinced one way or the other. If this is going to work they need to take it seriously and get their cap and house in order before they start committing to the future roster. If they do not do this now it will never be done. The suck will continue until they face the music.

The only players they should invest in is the ones the team drafts. Chubba should not be extended here. Johnson should not be given a contract here. Only players from the last draft are eligible and that is a few years down the road. It's cap clearing time and it's going to be painful. They invested in the OL already so that's out of the way. Just add draft picks and no more FA'S beyond a 1 year contract to fill a hole. Draft your future roster and give out extensions if they prove to be part of the future. If not a cornerstone player you trade them or let them walk. Rinse and repeat until you have a playoff contending roster.

People the team cannot trade Young without cutting players to account for the cap hit. In other words, it's not happening.

They cannot trade his guaranteed money. That will accelerate and put them over the cap. I fear they are stuck with him until the offseason.

I don't think they had planned on him being worse than last season. I know I certainly didn't think he could get worse. But not having a contingency plan in place if he did was not my responsibility. That falls on management. I honestly think they were counting on Young going forward, and may actually still believe in him. Why? I do not know, but that's my theory until he's no longer on the team.

Even a gay man would be looking at that ass.

Without the injuries they may have won 3 games total. We may not have gotten blown out so badly but that window has already closed.

You have to eliminate him from the team decision making process somehow because he sucks at it. Hiring someone much smarter than him and has proven they know what they are doing would be a good start. Until that happens I have no faith that anything will change.

The biggest problem is that David and Nicole Tepper are running the show. As long as they are hands on and calling the shots it will never change.

There's certainly a lesson in there somewhere.

I told you I think he looks like a Pelaton instructor who's in over his head, so I'm no fan of Canales. He's done nothing to lead me to believe he can be a successful coach in the nfl. But I will take a hard pass on Deion and his family.

We already have that. That's what is suiting up every game.

If you are going to fully rebuild you have to include the coaches and front office.

The 2 things that will save him is he doesn't have a qb and they have a ton of injuries. Ignoring the fact he has 1 actual season of running an offense as his resume. If Tepper could do better I think he would have already had him escorted out of the building.

Any worst list without Ian Thomas on it is invalid.

I hope we stay there. No trading up this time. But Tepper is going to Tepper this thing up so I don't know why I even bother.
