I would not mind getting that wr Lance from ND State.

I told you these small college players shouldn't be overlooked. There some receivers there worth taking a shot with.

I haven't forgotten. I lived every minute of those nightmares. I won't forget for a long time.

I think teams will want a good qb and hope they could turn into the franchise qb. Finding a franchise qb is just luck of the draw. There's a possibility that Cousins and Rodgers end up on 2 of those needy teams and they choose to wait until the second round to take a developmental qb to start down the road like the Falcons did. Would it be crazy if the happened to Cousins twice in back to back seasons.

The Saints could care less about the cap and he will still have a chance to draft a rookie QB.
-
As crazy as it sounds I think the Saints job would be a better landing spot. I have mixed feelings about the thought of that.
-
I think there could be more than 3 this year. FA will possibly clear up who is definitely drafting a qb.
-
I'm about where I am with him as I am with Bryce. Sometimes I think he's got it and sometimes I don't. But lately I think it just might work with the two of them and they can win a lot of games if Morgan can build a team around them.

A Perspective of the Roster (Red Meat to chew on)
Jon Snow replied to MHS831's topic in Carolina Panthers
Dude, if you have great OL depth you do not trade it away. It's hard enough to build as it is. Keep your strengths stronger and work on the rest. -

I would rather waste a late round pick on one before paying him another dime. There's better in the draft and much cheaper. -
He won't be on many draft boards. I have 2 rbs I would take over him and I would not draft either of them higher than late 3rd.
-
Yeah that's why I said currently. That wildcard makes it hard to target who might be available around all our picks. We need talent and this draft is short on day 1 starters in reality. There's a lot of them that will be forced into starting situations and it will be no different here. I'm not encouraged by what I've seen so far. I've seen more big time play made by small school players than these top teams have shown.
-
Not at the end of the 2nd where our pick is currently. Remember our 2nd round pick is the one we acquired from the Rams.
-
He won't be ranked as bpa at 8.
-
Where are those 2 projected to go in the draft? I need to check out the top 100 for this draft and try to figure out who may still be there at our 2nd round pick.
-
I agree it seems kinda odd given everything being as it is. I was under the impression his contract was up but I suppose it's not. If they are truly only saying he is staying in hopes someone hires him to get a draft pick for him that is a bad look. If they let him go after all other positions are filled that's even worse, for us and him as we then would be out of candidates. I think they may actually keep him.

BPA ALL THE WAY!

What I gathered from the press conference is that they will get together soon then evaluate all phases of the team and make adjustments to the systems they have. I would assume that includes the defense as well. I will interested in seeing how that shakes out.

Philly wished he was as good.
-
Me either. But I had neither a pretty face or boobs.

Thomas Brown was once considered a top 5 coaching candidate as well. Sometimes the hype is just bs. Results tell the truth.
-
That doesn't surprise me. Sleeping your way to the top is still a thing. To make it in that industry all you need is a pretty face and some modest amount of talent. Or you screw the right people.
-
It's amazing how stupid a little fame and imagined power will make people.

I would not sell Coker short. He's only going to get better.
