  1. there was a subtle sign caught on camera at the game last Sunday. They showed Tepper, and he was, very indistinctly, shaking his head.
  2. I rarely saw a LB other than Shaq stuffing the run. DBs contain on the edge--a lot if this is SNOW.
  3. He's not even in a cast. He'll be fine.
  4. I like when the OL gets recognized, so I would like to see an OL get the ball and give it to a kid.
  5. I will be honest--after 2 years of QBs on life support (Teddy and Darnold), this is great. I really hope Baker lights it up this year.
  6. I saw that coming, but for those who were upset by this, he cleared waivers on a rookie 5th rounder salary at a position that is generally in demand across the NFL.
  7. Um, yes, you kinda do. If you can't read "the" I doubt the other words were less difficult. I understand that picking on someone in a movie called "Dumb and Dumber" about illiteracy might be a sensitive topic for some people. But it was good movie--just relax. It was a joke.
  8. You didn't just go Henry V on me did you? Was not prepared to transition from a tragedy to a history play.
  9. That is offensive to call him that. Say, "The head coach is retarded."
  10. In the "To Be or Not to Be" soliloquy, Hamlet is not actually contemplating suicide, because later he says, "Oh, if the everlasting had not fixed his cannons 'gainst self slaughter." Many people do not realize that. Later, he says, "There is special providence in the fall of the sparrow....the readiness is all." That suggests he is willing to die on a suicide mission--could that be a contradiction? Discuss.
  11. This scene contradicts an earlier scene when he struggled to read the word "The". Remember, T--tuh--th-- The! Yet he reads this headline quickly. I hope that ruins the movie for some of you--that is what I do. I am "That Guy"
  12. Chinn needs a C. He is one of those players who will play for 10 years at a high level while representing everything that is good about sports...
  13. I forgot Donte was a captain last year. Like I said, he is pretty outspoken in a positive way and his teammates love him....I see it.
  14. Not sure about Donte--but the players really like him. The rest are locks, imo.
  15. And you could argue that I don't have a nifty beach video to show at my funeral. Gotta give him that!!
  16. The time he spent learning to do all that, he could have been gainfully employed. It is impressive, but a 65-year old ex-surfer on the beach showing off his mad frisbee skills is sad in some ways.
  17. I'd trade RA for a good TE in an heartbeat. I honestly think we have players who can do what he does now. Shenault, Smith, marshall (don't give up on him quite yet), Moore, Higgins, Roberts (WR/KR)--with Saunders and Wright on the PS--- and we add a weapon at TE Pull the trigger
  18. His career in the NFL rests on Rhule's shoulders.
  19. Since the 6th is a 2024 pick, we got him for (basically, if you consider pick values by year) 2 7th rounders. To think we could get a young WR (former second rounder) who can get us about 40 yards per game in the air, that is a solid deal.
  20. Is that akin to the App State "act like a baby when you can't get into UNC" blue?
  21. I do too. Just think we have to have a claim or two on the waiver wire, and at #6, we could get one. I think Sullivan is the first to go if that happens.
  22. As interested as I am in learning if we have any waiver requests in, I am interested to know who the team will sacrifice from the current 53-man roster. We already know we are signing a K. Everyone wants to mention Michael Jordan, but with 9 OL, you might want to look somewhere else. I would go with the following to be cut/sent to PS: Stephen Sullivan, TE (With Ian and Tremble with Ricci as 3rd TE/FB, a 4th TE is overkill.) Nixon or Hoskins, DT. (I am confident the 380-lb McCall turned enough heads to keep a NT position, so I think they will have to attempt to move a DT to the PS.) Stantley Thomas-Oliver III, CB. (Not sure how many you need, and STO3 is good on special teams, but with Hartsfield as a hybrid, that would leave us with 5 CBs. NOTE: Nearly 10% (5) of the 53-man roster is from Temple.
