    Carolina was not good in the 1st, got better in the 2nd and played their best overall defensive period of the season in the 3rd. Anyone wants to watch an elite defensive effort for 20 minutes, just keep last night's 3rd period on your DVR.

    The officiating was nothing short of garbage last night. Not a single call against Vegas, and they decided early they could start the thuggery without consequence. Pure bullsh!t last night.

    What a game. Kings get Boston to OT and the refs give Boston a PP with 3 minutes left in OT. LA kills the 4 on 3 and a lead pass for Clarke coming out of the box wins it. Clarke's 1st NHL goal is an OT winner in Boston. LA wins 5-4

    Fugging Rat Marchand put a blatant, intentional elbow in Viktor Arviddson's face today in the LA @ Boston game. No call.

    That's a pretty weak tripping call when the goalie is playing the puck and his stick is flat on the ice.

    Good to see Jarvy get on the board. 43 points this season? He could get to 60 or 65 this year.

    Solid kill followed by a very efficient and scoring PP. 4-1. What's worrisome: allowing 21 SOG thru 2 periods, including a handful of grade A's that tested Kochetkov.

    One would logically think. Canes will need their A-game Saturday, otherwise, we'll see a repeat of the Dallas game. Regardless who may be in goal, the Canes need to score 3-4 goals per game just to have a shot at winning.

    And someone mentioned Sam, Baker and Teddy. All of whom are/were better than BY9. And, on another note, I actually have more fun watching UFL (XFL last year) than the NFL.
