    I hate to say I gave him a chance through the start of year 3 and realizing we still were soft in the giants game. I thought we put a good showing in the second half of the browns game and we had potential.

    It was definitely worth losing those to get rid of Rhule. I like the scenario that has emerged.

    Glad to see y’all coming around to a likely scenario. Way easier to make the playoffs this year and even make some noise (with a strong run game and defense) rather than all the crazy draft/tank scenarios that keep coming up here.

    Are you talking about Baker Mayfield? Sam is at least competent with an occasional wtf pick 6. Things could be different with this line and running game around him.

    Just because I don’t post here often doesn’t mean anything about whether I’m a fan or not. I seriously think anyone who wants to tank or caring about the draft this early became a Panthers fan post 2015 (most of y’all here) or just doesn’t understand how the NFL works.

    Wasting y’all’s time tankers. We’re going to be picking at the end of the first round when we win this sorry division and come into the playoffs hot. Looking forward to seeing what can happen with a strong run game and defense behind a coach fighting for a job.

    At this point (week 10) in the 2014 season, I wasn’t feeling great about that team. We were 3-6-1. We won the last 4 games of the season, won a playoff game, and we were competitive on the road against a good Seattle team.
